How long should my coverage be? 1.5 hours: The most basic packages which allow for coverage of the wedding ceremony and limited coverage afterwards of fun romantic memories with just you, or with friends and family as necessary. 2 hours: As above, but with a bit more flexibility, this package may take you closer to sunset coverage for afternoon weddings. 3 and 4 hours: As above but may include more of the bridal preparation and anticipation, and limited coverage of the reception as necessary. 8+ hours: The full 8 hr package, and time in excess includes all the above and full coverage of the reception as necessary.

Our Process, Rates & Packages After the celebration we edit and retouch your images, which can take between 4 days and five weeks depending on your package. They are then uploaded to a personalized website for viewing and selection. This service is available to you on a complimentary basis for 3 months. Once you have completed your selection and balances are paid, files can be delivered to you over the internet within 2 days. Standard albums can be completed within 2–5 days, while Coffee Books take a further 7–10 days to complete design/layout, and another 2 – 4 weeks for production of the Books.

Standard White Album with 5x7 prints and associated image files
Prints are bordered to give them good projection in the album and are laid out two per page under an acid free plastic protective cover. You receive your selected prints and the associated full quality files for those images, with a license agreement allowing you to make additional copies as necessary.

T he Tiny Details Local clients are encouraged to set up an appointment to visit my office in Haggatt Hall, to review first hand some of the sample albums, which are also available for viewing via a video in the product section on my website. The following pages outline how to make and confirm your booking. There is no refund on deposits paid, unless I was incapacitated and unable to fulfill the job due to illness. In the unlikely event that I was unable to shoot your wedding, the deposit would be completely refunded, and I would obviously suggest a suitable replacement.

How to Book and Confirm your Photography Session 1. Communicate your interest by email at your earliest convenience, highlighting your date and time if possible to avoid disappointment. 2. Select your desired package. You can adjust this later if necessary. 3. Reconfirm your booking with a 25% deposit of your selected package. The balance is then due on or before wedding day. 4. Local clients may pay by cash or cheque. International client deposits may be made via Western Union or MoneyGram, directed to Steven Cumberbatch # 6 Brighton Close, Brighton, St George, Barbados BB19148. This is an electronic transfer - you would just email the transaction # (MTCN #), and the name of the person listed as sender. Alternately you can pay by Credit Card using PayPal, directed to Steven Cumberbatch at the email address – stevec@caribsurf.com.
