Material description
Roofing Wood: 19 mm roof boards, unless otherwise stated (construction: Line the flat roof with bitumen sheets, cover pitched roof with roof shingles) see pages 4/5. DSP: (Twin wall sheets): 10 mm twin wall sheets see pages 4/5. Post thickness Post thickness: 12 x 12 cm The strength of the posts also supports the sturdy construction and fitting of the gazebos. Mounting brackets Mounting brackets from galvanised flat steel for bolting on the foundation are prepared on site. They ensure a secure connection between the gazebo and ground. Roofing Roof shingles can beordered for gazebos with a pitched roof as an optional extra. These can be laid directly on the roof boards and offer long-term protection against the elements. Floor WPC flooring may be ordered for gazebos as an optional extra. A product description can be found on page 100. Snow load The indicated snow load has been statistically calculated. Please consult your local authority for the snow load required in your area. Delivery time 3 weeks
Type of wood: KVH (solid construction timber), untreated
KVH
KVH is a kiln-dried, qualitatively defined solid wood. The pieces of wood are scanned, sorted and finally continously glued with finger-jointing. Further information on pages 4/5.
Type of wood: Douglas fir, untreated
D
The heartwood of the Douglas fir is resistant to insects and fungal attack. We only use kiln-dried Douglas fir (partly finger-jointed). Further information on pages 4/5.
Type of wood: Glulam, untreated
LH
Glulam is several layers (laminations) of glued together dimensional timber. As a result it is particularly dimensionally stable and torsionresistant. Further information on pages 4/5.

Timber pre-treated at the factory has the following properties: Protected against blue-stain Protected against UV rays Will not flake off Reduced swelling /shrinking Wood structure is visible Thin coating The colour pre-treatment is lightresistantand acts as a primer. A final coat of an acrylic-based thick varnish light oak +01 must be applied on-site. This will also cover up any damage resulting from transport and mahogany +02 assembly. Please note that parts from Douglas fir are only available in dark colours due to its characteristics. walnut +03 Possible colour options for Douglas fir: walnut (03), mahogany (02) When ordering please white +11 give the order number of the gazebo + colour code (01/02/03/11/12). grey +12
