It’s the fourth highrise project of serene property.

It’s the highest green area in this place, I did not put a lot of tree here since it’s nearby the sea. Wind flows all day. I tried to focus on the open space to provide a seatwall to the view and create the shape and form as designed concept.

The main common area for supporting dweller are the flowing area in open space and en-close space, there are seatwall pavillion multi-purpose area. There are plant boxes in the middle as a shading and seatwall to offer a good life among the tree and a good environment.

“STABILITY LIFE” GROUND FLOOR

The main green area in the base.The content of landscape including main entry, I’ve designed gateway entrance, guard house, signage, wall and softscape. For outdoor reception, I designed the cover way as a symbolic of welcome area. Moreover the area around the building are also designed such as a street scape.

This Project is located nearby BTS sky train, designed under concept of modernized luxury responded to urban life. We’ve thinking about the “strong” and “grand” line and shape when we created the landscape concept.

Material relate to O l d English

The Low rise living in concept “ Old English ” is located nearby university. The common pocket garden is in the hole of building , so l’ve created the overhead plane to screen overview by nature. Site used to be a wildless I’ve kept all tree in site as much as possible, and designed new things which related to the nature existed.

To responded the requirment from the owner who want to present stylish and luxurious project, so I’ve to created a modern shape and formto make the newthing into landscape work. The highlight is in the entrance gateway I’ve put the aluminium strip into the signage,so it reflects lighting when the darkness comes.

This project is located in the country side, but not far from the capital. The owner wants to create a different lifestyle, the place to stay as your weekend house. So the owner have decided to present “american cottage” as the main concept. The most important thing is to design the plant, it must be close american cottage styles. The Project residential of pruksa real estate represents concept of bali resort, such as a building and landscape rainforest like a resort. Scope work including entrance area model house and common park and clubhouse, all design is attributed to bali.

PLAN Focusing on the entrance that need to be recognized and feel like a gate way, so I’ve designed guardhouse like a gate between roads. That creates safety for resident since it makes a relaxing when they pass the gate. PLANTING

This project is located in trad, in the east of Thailand nearby the the gulf of Thailand. the local developer need to create a place to stay in the weekend. The project was divided in 2 zone ,first the entry zone close to the main road become a commercial zone for rent and the backside is resort .

A simple shape and line for the user and straight circulation for spread pleple who come into that. Due to the weather here, it has much rain, so I’ve designed the bioswale between the road, to drianage the water and make the ecology system.

Bangna glass used to be glass factory. now it’s a factory farming, located in bangkok closed chaopraya river. The place is abandoned for a long time and need to be treated, toxic still residuse in site from manufacturing process. The most important thing that need to do in defining program in the project is surrounding, because It’s the old community and life style near temple, schools and community so most program are assigned to support the local people.


Restore the existing structure and turn into the place for phytoremediation method to treat the water that flow in the site before driange to out side
