Co-working Typologies is an emerging concept within the social and organizational environment, focusing on the collaborative potential to promote social change through accessibility, openness and community. The concept revolves around theoretical ideas behind “kaizen,” a Japanese phrase, indicating “change for better.” To establish a collaborative space, the programs have been designed with the purpose of exchanging ideas, feedback, critique, iterations, and appreciation. Ultimately, a combination of recreational and working space creates a foundation for close proximity between workspace and the confinements of a home while fueling a sense of community and the need for personal enhancement.
