As a strictly Internet business, for now, we are able to eliminate much of the cost associated with a retail watch store and pass along the savings to our customers. We are an authorized dealer of Chrono AG Swiss-Made Watches based in Switzerland. All our watches come in their original packaging and a Warranty Card from the manufacturer. TAL WATCHES provides warranty coverage of generally one to two years from the date of purchase on all of our brand-name watches. Our warranty covers the watch against defects in manufacturing and workmanship. Note: TAL WATCHES is not responsible for items subjected to abuse, excessive wear, and tear, and/or physical damage whether accidental or otherwise, or damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer’s water resistance limitations. All shipping and handling costs in connection with warranty service are the responsibility of the customer. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than Chrono AG or our other manufacturers will void this warranty.
