We are continually investing in our network to bring our customers faster speeds, a totally unlimited broadband service with no usage caps and great new products. Your new Plus package now gives you access to a Mobile SIM offer worth £5 a month – helping you stay in touch for less. This offer is redeemable against any of our great value Mobile SIM packages, saving you £60 a year. I want to leave TalkTalk because of the price increase I’m really sorry to hear that and totally understand how you feel about the new price changes. Please allow me the opportunity to explain all the wonderful benefits that comes with your TalkTalk package. Why has the International Call Boost increased? In keeping with bringing you the best value in the market we have added a wider range of countries and mobile minutes to these countries so the Boost will give you far better value for money. Why are you discontinuing the 100 Mobile Minutes Boost? This is a fantastic change, bringing you the best value in the market. Customers currently on the 100 minute Boost will be able to have unlimited mobile minutes from their landline.
This means there is no need to check how long you’ve been on the phone anymore when making mobile calls. For just £5 a month customers can enjoy unlimited calls to UK mobiles – unbeatable value! Why is the cost of the Anytime Calls Boost increasing? We have changed the offering with the anytime Boost to incorporate mobile minutes.
