NOVEMBER 1, 2012 – APRIL 30, 2013 MEMBER ACCESS: All Talisker Club members, their spouses or significant others and their immediate children under the age of 25, as defined by the Talisker Club Membership Plan, are eligible to use the Club amenities and participate in Club activities subject to the following use policies: •
Member’s children ages twelve (12) and under must be accompanied and supervised by an adult member at all times while using the Club amenities, unless participating in a scheduled Wildstar children’s activity or camp.
•
Children, age twelve (12) and under, are not permitted in the Jacuzzi or steam room areas of the Talisker Club locker amenities at any time.
•
At Talisker Club Park, children age twelve (12) and younger may not use the fitness center or spa locker rooms and amenities. A family dressing and locker area is provided poolside for families with young children. Individuals age 13-17 may use the fitness center and spa locker rooms and must be accompanied by a parent.
•
Pool bathers are asked to use the dedicated pool locker areas and restrooms exclusively.
•
Pool and Fitness lockers are intended for daily use, please do not leave personal belongings in them overnight. Locker rooms are gender specific.
•
Wildstar Cabin restrooms at Talisker Club Park are intended for children’s use only.
•
The Wildstar Room at Talisker Tower is restricted to children age five (5) and older only please.
•
Proper swim diapers are required for small children using the pool amenities and proper swimsuits are required for all others; cutoffs and jean shorts are not permitted.

TALISKER CLUB POLICIES (CONT.) ACCOMPANIED GUESTS:

Talisker Club staff will have the authority to enforce a safe and pleasant environment for all members with regard to the Club amenities.
•
Dogs or other pets, with the exception of those assisting disabled persons, are not permitted on Club property at any time.
Talisker Club members are allowed to host guests at the Club amenities and must accompany their guests at all times while guests are on Club property. A maximum of four (4) accompanied guests may be hosted per day, per Talisker Club membership subject to the following restrictions:

Members, their family and guests are not permitted to take any articles belonging to the Club from Club property including, without limitation, towels and robes, brushes and toiletries, practice golf balls or equipment.
•
Members are extended privileges to host accompanied guests; children of members must be age sixteen (16) or older to host accompanied guests.
•
In order to preserve a great member experience for all, please use discretion when hosting guests during peak member use periods at the Talisker Club amenities.
•
Hosting members are responsible for the conduct of their accompanied guests along with any unpaid fees or charges incurred by their guests.
•
Smoking is not permitted in any indoor area or dining facilities of the Club at any time.
•
All private or group instruction given on Club property will be administered exclusively by Club professionals, trainers or other authorized personnel as arranged by the Club.
EXTENDED FAMILY ACCESS:

Per the Talisker Club Membership Plan, extended family is defined as the parents, children age 25 or older and grandchildren of a Talisker Club member. These extended family members will be allowed sponsored, complimentary access this winter season to the Talisker Club amenities and are restricted during the following blackout periods: December 17, 2012-January 1, 2013; January 17-27, 2013 and February 18-22, 2013. During the blackout periods, extended family members must be accompanied by the primary member of record and are subject to accompanied guest policies.
Unaccompanied guests of Full Talisker Club members will be allowed access to spa treatments at the Talisker Spa at Tuhaye and the Talisker Club Park cross country ski track this winter season. Unaccompanied guests must be sponsored by a Talisker Club member and must be registered in advance at 435.333.3040 or memberservices@taliskerclub.com. The unaccompanied guest fee will be applied to the Talisker Club member account.
Extended family members must be registered in advance of using the Club amenities with Talisker Club at 435.333.3066 or membership@taliskerclub.com so that they may be properly listed and authorized for charging on the member’s Club account.

OUTPOST ACTIVITIES SNOWMOBILING & LUNCH AT OUTPOST YURT Enjoy the beauty of The Outpost on these special morning snowmobile rides that feature a two-hour tour in Talisker Club backcountry. Finish off this exhilarating experience with a hearty lunch by the fire in the cozy Outpost Yurt. Maximum 5 snowmobiles | Age 7 & older | Driver must have a valid driver’s license $175 per single rider, $50 per passenger 48 hours in advance Wednesdays & Sundays | December – April | 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
APRÈS SKI SNOWMOBILING Finish off your ski day with a two-hour private backcountry tour through high mountain meadows, aspen groves and packed-powder trails on this exhilarating snowmobiling trip. OUTPOST SNOWMOBILING
TALISKER OUTPOST This high-altitude playground is the site for an array of backcountry adventures. Exhilarating excursions like tubing and snowmobile tours make the joy of the winter months at the Outpost incomparable. In the warm summer weather, members can hike, horseback ride or mountain bike through the breathtaking wilderness to the Talisker Outpost. A full-time naturalist and professional Talisker Club Adventure Guides will guide members through the many outdoor ventures at this picturesque site. For nature enthusiasts seeking a secluded escape, The Outpost offers a two-level rustic mountaintop sanctuary with an outside deck. Inside the Yurt, you’ll be drawn to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Outside, you’ll find Adirondack chairs to gather around the cozy fire, as well as bathrooms.
Enjoy one of the most exciting ways to experience the great outdoors in the winter on this one and one-half hour taste of The Outpost backcountry through high mountain meadows, aspen groves and packed-powder trails. OUTPOST TUBING What is more fun…sliding down the tubing hill or being towed back up behind a snowmobile? Experience the exhilaration of the mountain on snow tubes at The Outpost. Allow the Talisker Club Adventure Guides to be your chauffeur – all you have to do is hold on and have fun. It’s truly an activity for the entire family! MOONLIGHT YURT SNOWSHOE SOCIAL Your trek to the Yurt in the Talisker Club snowcat is sure to be only half of the evening’s adventure. Once there, experience pristine beauty on a marvelous moonlit snowshoe. Venture through twinkling backcountry treasure spots, finding calm like never before. Gather back at the Yurt around the crackling fire for hors d’oeuvres, wine and wonderful company. SKIING SNOW SHOP & CROSS COUNTRY TRACK AT TUHAYE It’s the ultimate transformation! As snow blankets the golf course, The Golf Shop at Tuhaye becomes the Snow Shop! Tuesdays – Sundays come in to rent classic skis, skate skis, or snowshoes and try our 12 kilometers of private groomed cross country track. Tubing, shopping (well priced golf items, too!) and tasty beverages can also be found. You are always welcome to bring your own cross country equipment and glide as long as you like. TALISKER CLUB 7TH ANNUAL TOWER CUP Grab your racing bib and hit the gates with fellow Talisker Club members on Deer Valley® Resort’s NASTAR race course. This family-friendly event is sure to be a hit with everyone in your group. Each racer gets unlimited practice runs from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. followed by two runs in the finals where the best time counts. If you’re not a skier but want to join in on the fun, walk over to the tent and support your favorite racer. At Talisker Spa at Tuhaye we strive to provide only the purest, highest quality products for use in our spa treatments and locker rooms. We use only custom blended essential oils for treatments. Our treatment protocols feature Eminence Organic Skincare, Image Skincare, Butter London, Spa Ritual, as well as many unique custom blended essential oils, scrubs and soaks.
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your treatment so you may relax in the spa amenities. Your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment time, which will end as scheduled. A day-use locker is provided for your personal belongings. The spa cannot be responsible for your lost or damaged personal belongings.
We stock Lather soaps, lotions, shampoo, conditioner and shave cream in the locker room amenities. All locker room products are paraben free, sulphate free and scented with only essential oils. The Talisker Spa Boutique promotes unique, notable lifestyle products to enhance your home and active healthy lifestyle. SERVICE CHARGE
An 18% service charge is added to the price of each treatment. Talisker Spa at Tuhaye is a non-tipping facility.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The spa requests that you schedule your treatment the at least 24 hours in advance. Treatments are scheduled based on availability. If you must cancel your treatment, please notify the spa at least four (4) hours in advance. Any cancellations within four (4) hours of the scheduled treatment(s) will be charged the full payment.
HEALTH CONDITIONS
You should inform your spa technician about health conditions that may result in adverse effects. This would include, but is not limited to pregnancy, surgeries, injuries, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, heart conditions, and/or allergies.
GUEST POLICY
Unaccompanied guests of Full Talisker Club members will be allowed access to spa treatments at the Talisker Spa at Tuhaye this winter season. Unaccompanied guests must be sponsored by a Talisker Club member and must be registered in advance at 435.333.3040 or memberservices@taliskerclub.com. The unaccompanied guest fee will be applied to the Talisker Club member account.
AGE POLICY
Children age 12 and younger may not use the fitness center or spa locker amenities. A family dressing and locker area is provided for families with young children. Individuals age 13-17 may receive treatments and use the spa locker room amenities, but must be accompanied by a parent in the spa locker room amenities.
