WOMAD artists are ready to swap their instruments for cooking utensils and bring their creative talents to the kitchen. Dishing up some of the most scrumptious recipes from their homelands, festival stars pepper their cooking with exotic flavours, intriguing stories and a large dollop of culture. Hosted by Jax Hamilton, the Nova Energy Taste the World stage promises to be a sizzling mix of great food and tantalising musical moments to savour. It really is a recipe for success!

Noura Mint Seymali’s husband and fellow musician Jeich Chighaly takes centre stage to create this delectable chicken couscous from Mauritania. Daymé Arocena shares her beloved grandma’s recipe for Cuban fried rice.
