PROJECT:
The brief was to design a house in the area of Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. This project was done as per the requirements of the client. View of the house is simple and attractive to look classic. resi House was divided into two areas in which the ground floor is for residential purpose and first floor is for renting purposes. House contains two big bedrooms with two dressings. One lobby which is connecting drawing room and kitchen. And a special kitchen garden for aesthetic pleasure. One OTS at the back side for exchange of natural air for cross ventilation and natural light. A separate entry for the rental floor so that there will be less interaction and privacy. And at last parking area for at least one car and one bike

INSIGHT OF THE PROJECT: As per the requirements of the client i had modified the bedroom. I have changed the interior design of the bedroom because the client was bored with the earlier one. So i had made it more attractive and made a few more changes in it. Special requirement was the theme of the room which is a combination of blue and white colour and a simple ceiling . Flooring was satisfactory for the client so there was no change in that. Basically it is an overall reconstruction of the interior of the bedroom. And the result was satisfactory for the client.

INSIGHT OF THE PROJECT: This project was a challenging one for me as the site was narrow and the requirements were advanced. In this project the client required a 3 floors house in which One Bedroom with a hall area at ground floor. One bedroom and one drawing room with open kitchen and dining area at first floor for family interaction. bal And one bedroom and drawing room at second floor with balcony and used vertical lovers for preventing direct sunlight and privacy purposes. A small OTS was also given at the back side for exchange of natural air for cross ventilation and natural light. And a modern view was made as directed by the client. A lot of hard work and dedication required but at the end the result is satisfactory GROUND FLOOR
