SCHOOL OF MINISTRYREPORT

2021 was a year for highlights and new initiatives for the TABCOM School of Ministry (SoM).

 Our largest enrollment ever...over two dozen.  Largest graduating class...7.  Overcame the challenging effects of COVID to remain on schedule with our students and curriculum.  Expanded our leadership team with the addition of extremely competent and dedicated pastors and laity: Rev. Esther Pearson, Minister Ken Whitson, Rev. Cheryl Harris, Mr. Kevin Porter, Min. Cheryl Moore, Mrs. Doreen Mayer and Rev Ryan Bradley! Four of whom are SoM graduates!  Re-conceptualized our offerings to include specific ministry callings in addition to general equipment.  Started our second decade of service...one of TABCOM's longest running programs!  Refined our ongoing three-year curriculum: Year of Foundations, Communication, Leadership.
