TABCOM YEAR END FINANCIAL STATUS 2021

2021 indicated in this preliminary report, completion that was ahead of forecast in a few area, all contributing to a positive outcome. UM finished stronger, as did MMF. We were also the recipient of a second marketing grant from Brotherhood Insurance. In simplified terms, the PPP conversion from loan to grant carried us to a break even condition. The two Brotherhood grants carried us to the positive end of the year. A tenuous long term resource, but a positive result none the less.

Going forward, it appears we have a good foundation in our operating budget, and though there are to be some early challenges, we can look to possible gains as well.

In February and March, I will begin a deeper dive on the source data within TABCOM for 2021, as an outside firm might do, to examine and validate the results, and point out any procedural suggestions.
