HELLO EVERYONE I'M ASHLEY MEADS YOUR NEW LT.GOVERNOR
H
ello, my name is Ashley-Rebek Meads, I’m am filled to the brim with pride knowing that I have been gifted the chance to be the Division 5, Region 11 Key Club Lieutenant Governor to your Key Clubs, for the duration of the 2017-2018 year. I am a first generation Key Clubber, and this will be second year being apart of the Key Club family. I currently attend Judson Early College Academy in Live Oak, and serve on Student Council, FTC Robotics, Community Engineering, UIL L-D Debate/ UIL Congress and CO' 19 Planning Committee. As you can see I enjoy serving my home and community and I cannot wait to involve Key Club even more in my experiences. During my term I strive to firstly, keep all clubs active and develop a reactivation plan for the clubs that have become defunct Second, I would like to strengthen the Kiwanis Family relationships in Division 5 . Third, I would like to charter at least one new Key Club and/or Builders Club K-Kids Club in our Division. Overall believe that we as a Division need to work together and get to know each other better would like to plan Divisional Events where we together we served our community. Lastly, would like to work on increased membership and communication. At the end of my year hope will have made a difference and Division 5 will have been strengthened In Hope and Fellowship

I plan on making this the best year that TO has seen and making your term as easy as possible. Please cooperate with me as this will be a learning process for us all, but I know we will get through this together. If you ever need anything from me, I will be here. ivision 5 now has a website for all clubs to use to help updated between newsletters and Bi-monthly emails. On the website you will find information that comes from the District and any other event that will go on in the division such as service events or updates on division fundraising. Also all of my newsletters and any documents I send through email can be found on the website.

ummer Training Conference is an annual event for new Club Officers to gain necessary leadership skills and training for the term. STC's have various presentations cover all necessary skills to be a successful leader.Workshop presenters are thoroughly prepared to educate Club Officers about the respective duties of their position. Not only will you learn to become a better Club Officer, but you will also learn about Key Club's Major Emphasis and preferred charities. All Club Officers are strongly encouraged to attend in order to fully understand their position, grow as a leader, and learn more about their role in Key Club International.
