Sports Days
We had a fabulous sports days and our Pre KG children took part in their first one. The children came to school in class colors. The children had such fun and it was lovely to see their smiling faces as they worked together in teams on a variety of challenges. It was a good reminder of how important physical exercise is for our health and well-being.

Regular physical activity can help children:
