Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week

We marked Abu Dhabi Sustainability week in January with information sharing in Homeroom to explain the significance of the event and the work Abu Dhabi does on Sustainability. We discussed what we could all do to help achieve Abu Dhabi’s sustainability goals. Students are encouraged to bring reusable water bottles to school to fill which will reduce the amount of single-use plastic they use, and are encouraged to recycle wherever possible to do so. We discussed the importance of these goals and we awarded points to all students who had their reusable water bottles in school – we have more projects planned for creating a sustainable future.
