I am walking to a destination I may never reach The light gets closer but I may never get there I am prone to panic when the light still seems so far Perhaps the light is always illuminating everything I see Still there are infinities inside each distance I am walking one step at a time I am tired This body has grown heavy I am walking with my head on a swivel One foot dragging One foot ready to run I am walking to a home I can’t imagine A home so open, what if nothing’s even there at all I am walking to where there will be no more walking I am walking to where there will be no more words But who am I, if I can’t be described I don’t know I don’t know I don’t know I am walking to realize all that I am not and I am walking to realize all that I AM
