In his more than 21 years as a loan officer on the Monterey Peninsula, CHAD HAWKER understands the local real estate and lending environment and has funded over $2 billion in loan volume. As a prior professional Ironman triathlete and winner of 15 international events, Chad learned the importance of preparation, commitment, and perseverance early on.
