In his more than 21 years as a loan officer on the Monterey Peninsula, CHAD HAWKER understands the local real estate and lending environment and has funded over $2 billion in loan volume. He has garnered widespread industry accolades for his performance and elite customer service, including the prestigious Golden Pine Cone Award in 2014, 2021, 2022, and 2023 for Carmel's Lender of the Year, as well as the Carmel Chamber Award of Excellence in 2021.

As a prior professional Ironman triathlete and winner of 15 international events, Chad learned the importance of preparation, commitment, and perseverance early on.
