SYNCHRONY TEAM ONBOARDING IN SYDNEY In the second week of August, the Synchrony Australia Oracle team congregated in Sydney for an intensive two-day training. Run by renowned customer service expert Theo Papanikolaou from Positive Concepts, and supported our Executive team, the Oracle Concierge team were introduced to the action-oriented culture, which Synchrony fosters amongst staff. Theo is a sought-after educator, speaker and thought leader on service strategy, customer experience management and company culture. Staff were trained to deliver a customer experience strategy that aligns core processes across the entire organisation to help build and support a service excellence culture.
