Town & Country Planning is an everchanging and evolving system and we have a team of consultants who have the skills and expertise to guide clients through the process of either promoting land for development or securing planning permission for whatever project is being pursued.

The Design

Symonds & Sampson’s Building Survey and Design team are able to prepare the detailed drawings required to accompany a planning application and oversee the new build with the preparation of technical drawings and specifications for Building Regulation requirements.

We also regularly work with architects where clients have an existing relationship in place.
