We can advise whether full or outline planning permission for a site is the most appropriate, and give consideration to Section 106 contributions, low cost and/or affordable housing allocations. These decisions are all factored into calculating the GDV, and ultimately gaining the most appropriate planning to maximise the value of the site.
In establishing the likely value of the land, we will also evaluate the best method of achieving a sale. Private Treaty, Tender (informal or formal) and Auction are the most common methods of sale.
