We look to both protect and maximise the value of our client property interests and assets. We have an established a presence within the region we establish and develop strong landlord and tenant relationships which helps to support both the business occupiers and the performance of a landlord clients’ property assets.

We work with occupants and landlords to ensure that let premises remain occupied. We believe that a fundamental element of this process is working with occupants to provide a building that gives them the best chances of running a successful business.

We are also able to undertake regular property inspections on behalf of our clients’ and provide advice in relation to the structuring of commercial lease agreements and the management of tenant applications, in close collaboration with our clients’ solicitor and legal representatives.
