Executive Director’s Message: Back to Work
We’re BACK! Sorry for the hiatus. It has been a difficult several months for all of us. However, thanks to a very loyal dealer member base, I can say that that WSIADA is firing on all cylinders!
I hope that our dealers are having similar success. This column is going to be a potpourri of announcements, reviews and summaries.

WSIADA Store
We are now open, although complying the minimal in store occupancy of 3 dealers at a time. That turns out to be no big deal as we rarely have more than a couple dealers at a time in the store.
Webstore
You, our dealers, have been very loyal to our online Webstore. We thank you for that loyaltly! We were able to recently initiate the dealer pick up option so the local dealers could avoid shipping charges.
Auction Kiosks
Unfortunately, we need to wait for our Auctions to move to live, inlane auctions before we can open our Auction kiosks. When we do, we know we are going to ask for your patience and compliance with social distancing. More on that when we actually open.
Continuing Education Chapter Meetings, Education Fairs, Title
Workshops: This part of our business has undergone massive renovation. We have effectively eliminated Spring Chapter meetings. We cancelled both Education Fairs, but we are quite excited about a summer Webinar series we are launching in place of the Education Fairs. I know you cannot beat the face time with other dealers and our Associate Members, but it is just something we cannot pull off in the Covid-19 environment. We were looking forward to trying out our new Western WA venue. There is always next year. Watch for QuickCover and WSIADA.com for calendar updates surrounding the Webinar calendar. I need to ask you to be patient with staff when you call, for whatever reason. I have received some feedback that is surprising and unacceptable on the way a small group of you treat staff when you call in. Remember, our only purpose is to serve you, our members. However, verbal abuse and language is NEVER acceptable. Stay safe as you run your dealerships in this odd new world. Remember to call or write should you have questions, about anything!
Good selling!
Todd C. Elliott, WSIADA

We get it. If you want to buy a car ask an automotive professional. If you want to properly protect your dealership ask an insurance professional who understands your business. We are car people. We insure car people. Its all we do.
