HOW WE WORK / 我们的策略 Our strategy is to supply customers gloves with stable quality and low prices, so customers will be happy buy from us constantly. Stable quality means constantly exact quality gloves for each order and each pair of gloves. Low prices means you get lower prices from us compared with other suppliers. We use our strategy to differentiate ourselves from other competitors, and it will finally make us defeat others and succeed. The following is how we put our strategy to action.

To Maintain Stable Quality

We control the yarn supplying for our liner suppliers. We fix yarns with yarn factories, and our liner supplier will directly buy from them. This gives us the ability of complete control over the liner quality.

We leverage our bulk yarn buying capability to discuss with yarn factories a better price so that our liner suppliers can get a lower yarn price and in turn, supply a lower liner price for us.

We check liners and rubber quality every time we receive them from suppliers.

We keep our management cost lower because we are a small size factory and we don’t have that many management people.

Our technician control the whole production process with their rich knowledge and experience.

We keep our profit at a low level to ensure our price is competitive among our competitors

STRING KNIT GLOVES / 针织手套 String knit glove is defined by the following factors:

String knit glove is one of our four main product branches. It is made completely by glove knitting machines with variety of gauge specification. You have also multiple choices for yarn materials used. Just give us your specification and we will do the knitting according to it.

Gauge

It depends on which machine gauge we use. The typical gauges are 7 gauge, 10 gauge, 13 gauge, 15 gague, and 18 gauge. Gauge decides the glove density.

Yarn

What kind of material the yarn is. The typical yarn materials have poly cotton, polyester, nylon etc

Color

What color the yarn is. We have natural white, bleached white, white, blended colors for your choice.

Dots
