Secretary: There is officially a new club report system. As of now, DO NOT submit reports via www.pnwkeyclub.org anymore. There is a new report document, which is now in a fillable PDF format. This report is to be filled, saved, and submitted to pnwclubreports@gmail.com by the 5th of every month. There may be some confusion at first, so please do not hesitate to contact our District Secretary, Kelsie Hoppes at kelsiehoppes@gmail.com.
Treasurer: Start collecting dues NOW. They become payable October 1st. I want them done by November 1st. You need at least 15 members to be recognized by International. Dues cost a total of $12: $5.50 for District Dues and $6.50 for International (stay tuned for more details).
Editor: I will now be expecting and collecting your own newsletters at the 10th of every month starting October 10th. It doesn't need to be anything fancy or you can make it as fancy as you wish. The newsletter needs to include AT LEAST what has the club been up to the last month and what progress it has made and upcoming events. It can also include updates like how many members and committees you have, and you most certainly can ask members and other officers to write sections. Be creative!
