A​ ​is for the Alcatraz Island in the San Francisco Bay.

Alcatraz Island is the location for Alcatraz Prison. The prison was famous for housing the baddest of the bad men. The prison operated from 1934 to 1963.


B​ ​is for Balanced Rock in Idaho.

The Balanced rock stands 48 feet tall with a weight of 40 tons! The pedestal that the rock balances on is only 3 feet by 17 inches!


C​ is for Carlsbad Caverns in New Mexico

Carlsbad Caverns isn’t just one cave its 115 caves connected, if you went in the cave on a guided tour it’s possible to go as deep in the ground as 900 feet!


D ​is for Denali National Park in Alaska

Denali National Park protects wildlife and also has Mount McKinley which is the highest mountain in North America.


E​ ​is for Empire State Building in New York.

It is a 102-story skyscraper in Manhattan, New York City. Construction started March 17, 1930. It is open daily from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m..


F​ is for Fishermen’s Wharf is in California.

Fisherman's Wharf is a neighborhood in San Francisco, California. The Wharf is best known for Pier 39 being the location of a sea lion colony. There is a decommissioned WWll era submarine called the USS Pampanito.


G​ ​is for Gillette Castle in Connecticut

Gillette Castle was built in 1919 for a famous actor/playwright named William Gillette. Tours of the home are available from Memorial day to Columbus day.


H​ ​is for Hersheypark in Pennsylvania

Hershey Park was founded in 1906 by Milton S. Hershey. The first roller coaster built there was the Wild Cat.

The International Spy museum contains the largest amount of spy material in the world. Tourist will learn about strategies used by spies in famous missions.


J is for Johnstown Flood National Memorial in Pennsylvania.

Johnstown Flood National Memorial is in memory of the flood that had killed about 2,200 people on May 31, 1889. The flood happened due to a break in the South Fork Dam.


K is for Kennedy Space Center on the coast of Florida

It is the biggest presidential museum in all of America and is also very fun for all ages!


M​ ​is for Mount Rushmore in South Dakota

Mount Rushmore has four faces of former presidents,Thomas Jefferson, George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Theodore Roosevelt.

The pier is over top of Lake Michigan in the heart of Chicago. There is also a children's hospital and two theatres.


O​ ​is for Olympic National Park in Washington state

Q​ is for Queens Zoo in New York

There are many things to do at the Zoo. Some things are doing mini quests around the Zoo, you can feed a sea lion or do conservation quests.

The river first starts up in Colorado and continues forming part of the border for Mexico and the United States and its last stop is to flow into the Gulf of Mexico.

Venice Beach isn’t just a beach it also has an island and large portion of mainland! It has also been voted the in the top 10 happiest town by Coastal living.
