Events The Annual General Meeting
The 53rd Annual General Meeting took place on June 8, 2021 in a mixed form. The members voted in advance online in the member section of the s wissstaffing website. 448 votes were represented, making the Annual General Meeting quorate. 100 participants took part in the event – either via livestream or on site in the Kursaal Bern. Marcel Keller, CEO of Kelly Services (Schweiz) AG, left the Board in 2021 and personally said goodbye at the Annual General Meeting. Three members were elected to the Board with a decisive result: Marc Lutz, Hays (Schweiz) AG, Yves Schneuwly, Coople (Schweiz) AG, and Balz Villiger, Kelly Services (Schweiz) AG. The three new members of the Board briefly introduced themselves and were warmly welcomed by the President, Leif Agnéus. Leif Agnéus was also clearly re-elected as President of swissstaffing. Leif Agnéus subsequently informed the meeting about changes to the statutes. The Board was given the authority to establish a political advisory board to represent the interests of swissstaffing and to appoint the members of this advisory board. After presenting the outlook for the coming year, Leif Agnéus awarded the certificate ″Certified Staffing Professional swissstaffing″ to 13 persons from the industry and honored them for their further education achievements.
