Staff Development HR Expert Examination
In the fall 2021, the HR Expert examination was held for the fifth time. A total of 34 graduates passed the exam. This corresponds to a success rate of 75.6 percent. swissstaffing would like to warmly congratulate all the graduates. Unfortunately, the graduation ceremony was canceled again due to coronavirus. The association carried out the training part of the HR Expert examination, Specialization C in the blended learning format – half of the lessons were on site and half were virtual. Participants' feedback on this mix was exclusively positive.

Further Training for Recruiters
In 2021, swissstaffing held a total of 41 courses for recruiters, of which 31 were virtual. A total of 271 people took part in the courses. swissstaffing developed several new online offers in 2021. Topics include occupational health and safety, care management, social media recruiting, legal basics and interview technique. Many of the courses take place in two or three national languages. Legal Basics was the most popular of the further training courses. It was held 18 times with a total of 87 participants, followed by Care Management with 11 courses and 66 participants.
