Indians stack up offense in win over Panthers

Rural Retreat put up more than 300 yards of offense while holding Northwood to just north of 100 in a 47-6 Hogoheegee victory.
The Indians opened up a 20-0 deficit in the first quar- ter, showcasing a varied attack.
Gunner Hagermen strolled into the end zone on a 13yard run to kick things off.
Trever Shelton followed that with an 11-yard run to the house, and finally Tucker Fontaine hauled in a 16-yard touchdown pass from Caleb Roberts.
Hagerman piled on before the half, taking a 27-yard run in for the score.
After the break it was Hagerman again, this time finding the end zone on a nine-yard run. Chaz Penwright added a score off a one-yard plunge.
Jay Snavely put a final score on the board for Rural
Retreat, taking a fumble return in for a 60-yard score.
Brandon Woodward gave the Panthers’ their lone score, legging in a 34-yard run.
