The balance of the holiday cost must be received by us not later than the balance due date, which is 60 days before the start of the holiday for all cruises (full payment for categories H1-H9, S1 and SA-SJ is required 90 days before). The balance due date will be shown on the confirmation invoice. (3) Your reservation number: Once you’ve made your booking, we’ll give you a Norwegian Cruise Line reservation number, which you’ll need to quote any time you contact us. When you book, you’re agreeing to enter into a contract with Norwegian Cruise Line, based on our Booking Conditions on your behalf and on behalf of everyone included in the reservation. Personal Details: Norwegian Cruise Line is registered under the Data Protection Act. The information you provide when making a reservation may be used to provide you with periodic NCL (Bahamas) Ltd. cruise updates and special offers and we ask that you advise us if you would not like to receive these. For all Fly-Cruise reservations a non-refundable APC (ATOL Protection Contribution) will also be collected at time of booking. This forms part of the total cost of your holiday. This amount is currently £2.50 per person (subject to change).
