For those in need of adventure, we know just where to start. Home. Also known as romance themed bookstores. There are a few scattered around the United States of America (and more to come soon to Canada and elsewhere).

The Ripped Bodice in LA, California.

Complete with heart-shaped lighting fixtures and shelves dedicated from various famous romance authors, the bookstore is beyond dreamy. We purchased a blind date with a book and were not disappointed.

Love’s Sweet Arrow in Tinley Park, IL.

This store has their own signature romantic scented candle designed by Novelly Yours. The vibes are cozy and wonderful.

The Bookworm Box in Sulphur Springs, TX.

This store features a heartshaped clock of books on their wall (a heart shaped shelving display). It’s a necessary feature, since we could probably hang out in there all day on the cozy couches/armchairs throughout the store.

Meet Cute Bookstore in San Diego, CA.

Go for the Instagram photo with the iconic postcard picture of “Romancelandia” on the wall. Stay for the spicy reads and beautiful tarot cards.

Turn

Run by Nora Roberts and her husband (swoon, talk about a power couple), this store has author signings with Nora Roberts frequently. Boonsboro is equally as charming as the store is. For the most up to date schedule of events, we recommend calling them.
