GWH’s Little Pioneers Nursery & Pre-School celebrates 20th anniversary

Staff at the Great Western Hospital’s Little Pioneers Nursery & Pre-School have been celebrating the group’s 20th anniversary.

The nursery and pre-school operates within the hospital and looks after the children of many of the workers there.

Little Pioneers is open each day it is in operation, from 7.30am to 6.15pm.

2023 marks the 20th year it has been running.

A spokesperson for Great Western Hospital said: “Little Pioneers are the reason that so many of our staff – doctors, nurses, allied healthcare professionals and non-clinical teams – can come to work each day and continue their careers with us.

“We are extremely proud to have such a great facility on our hospital site and see the nursery as very much part of the Great Western Hospital family.

“We hope the amazing nursery staff have enjoyed celebrating!”
