Big dance music event to take place at Lydiard Park this August

RCADIA - a dance event with sets from Sigma, Nathan Dawe, DJ Fresh, and more - will be coming to Swindon’s Lydiard Park this Summer.

RCADIA will be taking place at the Swindon park on Saturday 26 August.

Organisers behind this one-day event have already confirmed the line-up.

A spokesperson for RCADIA said of the headlining act: “Sigma DJ Set, one of the biggest Drum n’ Bass artists in the world, with global sales of over 7 million, will tear up the huge dance tent with a big drum n’ bass DJ set.”

They will be joined on the line up by some big names in the drum n’ bass, and dance fields, including breakout dance act, Ibiza Rocks resident, and BRIT nominated DJ and producer, Nathan Dawe

Electronic music legend, DJ Fresh, who achieved the UK’s first dubstep and drum n’ bass number ones, will also be joining the list of performers. Further special guests include Darkzy & Window Kid, and MC Window Kid.

Joining all of the above on the line-up are:

• Alchemist , drum n’ bass DJ and producer, known for The Gone EP and single ‘Us’

• DJ Riddle - Eksman x Carasel ft Jmulla

• OliLove, south coast breakthrough DJ

• Titan the Robot, Britain’s Got Talent semi-finalist, the 8ft tall dancing robot

The music event will take place at Lydiard Park between 1pm - 11pm (gates will open at 12.30pm).

RCADIA will also feature a licensed bar, thrill rides, and food and drink stalls.

Tickets are priced at £40 and the event is open to over 14s only.

Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. Tickets are on sale now at www.rcadia.uk
