Gardeners invited to share seeds Keen gardeners are being invited to a free community seed swap at the Central Community Centre, Emlyn Square, Swindon. ‘Seed Swap Swindon’ will be held on February 25 from 2 – 4pm. David Sparks, from Incredible Edible Swindon explained: “Seed swapping will be free with the idea that people try new seeds they’ve not grown before, or have a go again with old favourites. “If you have them, bring along your excess seeds as a costeffective way of replenishing your
spring seed stocks and to do your bit to protect biodiversity.” Any funds raised on the day will help pay for the seed swap event plus costs for other Incredible Edible Swindon projects including seeds and tools. Details are also available at the group’s website www. edibleswindon.co.uk “To get involved Incredible people get together socially at 6pm on the third Wednesday of the month at the Glue Pot, Emlyn Square in Swindon town centre.”
