Rules and Regulations 1. All goats must meet Kentucky health requirements 2. All rules and classes subject to the Superintendent. Classes and number of entries per exhibitor will be determined by the number of animals on the day of the show. 3. All goats must have up-to-date health papers. 4. Fair admission: $5 is your entry fee (no rides) 5. Market goats shown by weight 6.
