About the Author Anthony Kerr is a Barrister and Statutory Lecturer-in-Law at University College Dublin, specialising in employment law. He is the author of several books, including Employment Equality Legislation (3rd edition, 2009) and Termination of Employment Statutes (4th edition, 2009). He is the Programme Director for the UCD Law School’s Professional Diploma in Employment Law, a member of the Executive Committee of the International Society for Labour and Social Security Law, a national reporter for the International Labour Law Reports, the Irish representative on the European Labour Law Network and Vice-Chair of the Employment Law Association of Ireland.
