Creative Force - Making culture matter is a publication from the Swedish Institute, describing our cooperation program with developing countries concerning projects focusing on culture and creativity with the aim to strengthen democracy. The publication highlights 10 projects carried out in the Balkans and Africa 2008-2011, alongside reflections on culture and development by three leading culture professionals from these regions. We hope that the stories and good examples will reach and inspire people who work or wish to work with culture and creativity in a development cooperation context.
