Prime Super Employer Excellence in Aged Care Award South West Community Care was awarded the prestigious Employer Excellence in Aged Care award at the WA Regional Achievement and Community Awards in October. Ms Roach, the CEO of South West Community Care accepted the award in conjunction with her senior management team Belinda Burton, Deborah Gunson, Michelle Wells and Vicki Gunn. We have worked hard to establish a positive workplace culture and make South West Community Care an employer of choice. The other secret to our success is that we have genuine partnerships with our wonderful consumers regarding their care.
