are carried out by trainee therapists/stylists, who may be working at intermediate or senior levels. You can be assured that you will receive the
highest quality treatments in professional
surroundings. All treatments and services are fully
supervised and carried out in accordance with strict guidelines. During your visit you will be offered a full
consultation and you may be offered products to purchase
to further benefit and enhance your treatment. Many products
are offered below the rrp and services are at very competitive prices. We aspire to offer you the best possible service and welcome your feedback.

Pure Skin Care All skin care treatments use Dermalogica products. A product range free of common irritants and ingredients that could cause breakouts (including lanolin, SD alcohol, mineral oil, artificial colors and fragrances) which will improve skin health, and are only available from qualified skin therapy professionals
Pure Skin Improvement Facials
Dermalogica Facial £10.00 This is a prescriptive facial to suit any skin type or concern. The facial includes exfoliation, mask therapy and a relaxing massage to promote skin radiance.
Pure Electro Therapy Facials £13.00 A luxurious facial that will be tailored to your individual skin type or concern. One or two electrotherapy treatments will be used to bring about a significant improvement in your skin.
Pure Anti-ageing Facials
Non- Surgical Facelift A facial treatment to lift and tone facial muscles. Benefits may include reduction of fine lines, toning and reducing sagging jaw lines, alleviation of crows feet and frown lines, lifted eyebrows and forehead, lifting of the eye area and general improvement of the appearance of the skin. Please note the following: The College aims to ensure that learners and clients receiving a colour service are protected as far as is reasonably possible from suffering an allergic reaction to hair colouring. South Worcestershire College offers a complimentary skin testing service.
Hair Colouring The allergy test must be carried out for: • Every new colour or hair lightening client • It is college policy that you have a skin test a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not have a skin test, we will be unable to carry out the colouring service. • If it has been at least 6 months since the client last had a colour in the salons of South Worcestershire College • If a client has not had a skin test within 12 months. It is irrelevant how often they have a colour applied in the salon. (Every client must be allergy tested at least once every 12 months). • If the client is having a different colourant brand or shade.
Eyelash/Eyebrow tinting and False Lashes • All patch tests must be carried out on all clients who request to have an eye treatment which involves chemicals in contact with the eyes. • A patch test following manufacturers instructions, must be carried out a full (minimum of) 48 hours prior to the service booking. E.g. patch test carried out on the Monday at 10.00am ready for the colouring service at 1.15pm on the Wednesday. In the case of a Monday appointment, clients are requested to attend on the Friday afternoon prior to this. Note: All patch tests must be carried out by a member of staff or learner of SWC – Please see complete policies for further information. Beauty and Holistic Treatments If you have suffered from or are currently undergoing treatment from any of the following conditions, you may be refused treatment until a written doctor’s note is provided: Epilepsy, Diabetes, Heart condition/ disorder, contagious skin, nail or eye infections, dysfunction of the nervous system, undergoing chemotherapy/radiotherapy or other forms of cancer treatments, asthma, history of embolism or thrombosis, high blood pressure, recent operations, pacemaker, metal plates/pins, hepatitis B or C, HIV, botox, undiagnosed lumps or swellings, severe acne, first few months of pregnancy, circulatory disorders. The final decision will be made by the tutor. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
