The New Grove Oak Aged (silver award in United States in 2007 and silver medal and Best in its Class at the IWSC Competition in UK in 2010) is a product issued from a meticulous blend of various rums. The New Grove Old Tradition 5YO and the New Grove Solera 25 YO are exceptional vintages whose refinement and elegance will mesmerize the connoisseur and reflect the prestige and tradition of Mauritian rum. It is important to note that the traditional rums are matured in French oak, similarly to famous Cognac brands. The New Grove Plantation rum ranks amongst the top notch white rums. It has reaped numerous gold awards in 2007, 2008 and 2009 in both England and the US. The range of New Grove rum also come in different flavours, namely lemon, orange and vanilla.
The distillery This subsidiary company of Harel Frères Group produces around 4 million litres of spirit yearly, with a daily production capacity of 28,000 litres. The group is vertically integrated and has total control on all the stages of production: from sugar cane planting, crushing, refining to bottling and packaging, thereby guaranteeing a seal of excellence to the finished product.

Grays already possesses an extensive portfolio of exclusive wines and spirits, imported from the best cellars of the world. It additionally markets these rums through its local distribution network, and exports its products on the regional market, namely South East Africa and Europe. In 2004, a strategic alliance was made with the Groupe Quartier Français, the leading industrial group from
neighboring Reunion Island. The group specialises in the distillation of rum and is also established in the French West Indies and Europe. From this partnership, emerged the range of New Grove rum, renowned for their aromas issued from the best traditional rum. Amongst the old rums, the most prestigious is the 25 years Solera and bears testimonial to the reputation of Grays.
