Lower School Review CONTINUED

Kindergarten also did a great job with their creative writing this week. They did an opinion writing and presentation The title was “Do you like doing household chores”. These are so fun to read, and we love building self confidence by doing class presentations. They also had graduation cap and gown pics made this week and delivered treats to their Senior buddy lockers Whew! They are busy and will be fabulous first graders soon!

Our PreK-4 students enjoyed a special time with our very own Nurse Ashley. Nurse Ashley visited, read a book, and talked about hand washing and eating healthy What a fun letter “N” week!

Our second graders decorated some sunny flowers and filled in with things that make them happy and about how to be kind. Third grade learned about working in teams and how teamwork makes any task easier. They completed Easter posters together and talked about the real meaning of Easter.

Fifth grade enjoyed their trip to St. Louis on Wednesday The St Louis City Museum is such fun for children and parents!! Everyone had a blast!!

In STEAM this week, our preschoolers have learned about the life cycle of butterflies. They made their own “cocoon” and had so much fun!

We all had fun with our baseball buddies and softball sluggers this week! It was so nice outside, so they took advantage of that weather and played ball together!
