RainStone sustainable cladding has emerged as a new ‘green benchmark level’ for cladding products in the environmentally responsible marketplace. RainStone systems enable architects to meet every requirement in any climate. RainStone’s flat architectural cladding panels are ideally designed for exterior applications. The panels deflect most of the rain and the ventilated cavity between the building structure and the cladding carries away any moisture allowing air to circulate and protecting the entire building from the elements for decades. Attractive, durable and fully weatherproof, RainStone sustainable cladding offers excellent performance and a high degree of design freedom.

Durable, eco-friendly The modulus of elasticity and high tensile and flexural strength of RainStone assures superior resistance and exceptional pull-out strength around mounting fasteners. RainStone’s composite panels are not affected by water and are not susceptible to weathering, mold or rot. RainStone panels can also be easily cut and drilled on the job site using carbide tip woodworking tools. Panel edges must be resealed after cutting.

Fire protection RainStone sustainable cladding offers maximum safety and protection against fire. It is the product of choice in cladding applications requiring high fire resistance. RainStone will not melt, liquefy or explode. In a fire, it retains its stability for an extended time. It has a UL Class A rating for both flame spread and smoke developed index in accordance with ASTM E84 testing.

RainStone Sustainable Cladding is available in Standard Size Panel Format and Ready to Install System • STANDARD SIZE PANEL FORMAT Needs to be cut to size, drilled and edge-sealed before installing. • READY TO INSTALL SYSTEM Includes pre-cut and drilled panels, galvanized rain screen mounting system and installation drawings. Standard panel thickness is 3/8”. Panels come in 4’ x 8’ and 4’ x 10’ lengths.

Maintenance and Care RainStone Cladding panels may be cleaned with a soft cloth and mild cleaning agents such as White Mountain ‘Jobsite’ Cleaner or Dawn detergent and hot water. Avoid use of harsh abrasives or ammonia cleaners. Damage repair: Should the surface of RainStone Cladding become scratched or marred, it can be repaired by lightly cleaning the area with a Scotch-Brite pad then applying a light coat of PaperStone Waterborne Clearcoat.

“Superior and Safe insulation for you and your walls ”

P E R F O R M A N C E BONDED LOGIC Started out with one objective… to manufacture superior performing products that are safe for you and the environment we live in. Utilizing almost exclusively natural fibers, Bonded Logic combines over twenty-five years of fiber insulation experience with a patented manufacturing process to create an insulation that provides our customers with the two main qualities necessary when it comes to purchasing any building product— Performance and Peace of Mind. All of our insulation products are Class-A fire rated, offer superior thermal and acoustical properties, and are treated with a non-toxic mold, mildew and pest inhibitor. These qualities provide a product that is both high-performing as well as safe for you and the environment. When it comes to making that choice, we know that safety, health, and superior performance are key factors in making that decision. That’s why we are confident that UltraTouch Natural Cotton Fiber Insulation will be the right choice for you!

UltraTouch is environmentally friendly insulation packed with quality features including no-itch or skin irritation, maximum thermal performance, and super sound absorption. UltraTouch is a product whose time has come.

ACOUSTICAL PERFORMANCE Controlling sound and noise transmissions through walls, ceilings and floors can be a complex challenge in design and construction. UltraTouch offers an extremely high Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) to effectively reduce airborne sound transmissions including traffic, airplanes, radio, television, and everday human conversation. The natural fibers used to make UltraTouch provide excellent sound-absorbing qualities, while the patented manufacturing process used to create UltraTouch produces a threedimensional infrastructure that effectively traps, isolates, and controls sound waves. The result is a quiet comfortable environment between rooms, walls, and flooring.

“It is our commitment that Bonded Logic will continue to make safe and sustainable building products that you can count on for years to come”

and peace of mind R-VALUE UltraTouch provides maximum R-Value performance. The unique construction of the insulation contains thousands of tiny air pockets that work to maintain strong thermal protection even in extreme temperature changes. The density of UltraTouch also contributes to providing a consistent thermal performance day in and day out. UltraTouch is manufactured in “oversized” widths and is installed with a friction fit to provide maximum fill capacity. This also reduces the chance for air convection and infiltration that can occur with smaller sized insulation batts.

ENVIRONMENTALLY SAFE The natural fibers used to manufacture UltraTouch are 100% recyclable, reducing landfill waste. The fibers are also 100% post-industrial, ensuring a high quality fiber. UltraTouch requires minimal energy to manufacture therefore aiding the environment with energy conservation and a reduction in pollution. Other insulation manufacturers consume considerably more energy while creating additional unwanted pollution and landfill waste. UltraTouch contains zero VOCs, has no outgassing concerns and lacks the formaldehyde of traditional insulations. When choosing UltraTouch for your commercial or residential project, you are making a commitment to

Printed on recycled paper containing minimum 10% post-consumer waste and conforming to Forest Stewardship Council standards.

our environment. Your structure will not only be well insulated, thereby maximizing HVAC efficiency, but will also be a healthy space for it's inhabitants to live and work. Making the choice to use UltraTouch Natural Cotton Fiber Insulation confirms your committment to the health and safety of our planet and the people who reside here.

MOLD RESISTANT All natural fibers used to manufacture UltraTouch are treated with a non-toxic borate solution. The fibers are then “flash-dried” to ensure that every fiber that goes into the production of UltraTouch will meet out strict standards. Borates are an effective natural biostat that actively inhibits the growth of mold, mildew, bacteria, and fungi. Borates also act as an excellent fire retardent, giving UltraTouch a Class-A Fire Rating and deterring pest infiltration.

LEED™ UltraTouch Insulation can contribute to earning several LEED credits throughout the program. UltraTouch contains 85% post-industrial recycled content and uses cotton, a rapidly renewable resource, as one of its main ingredients. UltraTouch does not contain any harmful chemicals or irritants and therefore does not pose any VOC or off-gassing concerns. Using UltraTouch for your next LEED project will not only assist you in earning LEED credits but will also provide your clients with a superior, healthy, and safe insulation they can depend on.

CLEAN-UP: Clean tools and equipment while still wet with a solution of SafeChoice Super Clean and warm water.

PRODUCT NUMBER AND CONTAINER SIZE: 71830 (10.5 ounce Tube) ADVANTAGES / SIGNIFICANT BENEFITS:  Effective, easy to use.  Safely used by and for the chemically sensitive.  Low odor, non-offensive to installer and occupant.  Very low VOC content.  Contains no formaldehyde. PERFORMANCE VALUES: Not-toxic, no aromatic solvents, single component, good initial tack, water resistant, high adhesion, excellent aging stability, wide use of area, bonds to most substrates, more than 10% elongation, low shrinkage, may be painted, clean with water. SURFACE PREPARATION: Prime and seal surfaces completely before application of caulk to protect against undue absorption into substrate. All surfaces to receive caulk and overlays must be sound, intact and cleaned of any grease, oils, dust, dirt, wax, unsound prior caulk and other foreign materials. Washing with a low odor, not toxic cleaner like SafeChoice Super Clean is recommended. Surface must be completely dry and stable prior to application. APPLICATION: Always have adequate ventilation. Prior to application, clean out all areas to receive caulking down to sound substrate. Remove all dirt, dust, dried out fillers and powdery residue. Blow out or wipe area to reveal a clean base. Adherent surfaces should be dry. Application over wet contact faces may result in lack of bond. Avoid damaged, contaminated substrates including rotted wood. Permit no release compounds, waxed or mildewed surfaces. Previously painted areas that are loose must be scraped clean and metal surfaces should be rust free and de-oiled. Apply Safecoat Multi-Purpose Caulk directly from tube or container with no dilution. If working from bulk container, apply with a pastry decorating bag, bulk

COVERAGE: 1/4” x 1/4” (6.4mm x 6.4mm) width depth cross section can be filled at a rate of approximately 30 lineal feet per tube.

DRYING/CURING TIME: Under normal conditions, 24 hours for full cure. Normal conditions include a clean, dry surface, access to fresh air flow, a dust free environment, moderate humidity, and temperatures above 55 degrees F. Thick application, high humidity or conditions other than normal will cause Safecoat Multi-Purpose Caulk to cure more slowly. LIMITATIONS: Do not apply to substrate in direct sun or where hot to the touch as this will cause excessively fast curing and prevent adhesion into a wet, tacky base. Sample test a small area to assure proper adhesion can be obtained. Unlike conventional caulks, Safecoat is made without formaldehyde preservatives or toxic mildewcides or fungicides. Do not contaminate. Store in airtight containers. Do not use when ambient or surface temperature is below 55°F or above 90°F HEALTH PRECAUTIONS: As with all caulking products, keep container tightly closed and out of the reach of children. Do not take internally. Keep from freezing. Always use adequate ventilation. If you are chemically sensitive, always test for personal tolerance. LIMITED LIABILITY: Safecoat® products are guaranteed not to be defective when properly applied. Liability express or implied is limited to replacement of product or refund of purchase price and does not include liability for labor costs or consequential damages. Variable factors out of manufacturer’s control, such as environmental conditions, application techniques, and surface conditions are critical to results obtained. Users are expected to exercise reasonable care to determine suitability of the product for each application. This limited warranty may not be modified or extended by manufacturer’s representatives, distributors or dealers of AFM products. We particularly recommend that users always test in small inconspicuous areas before application to the entire surface.

Urethane Grout Technical Data Sheet

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Preparation for Grouting:

QuartzLock™ 2 Grout is a PRE‐MIXED, READY‐TO‐USE URETHANE and colored quartz‐based grout for ceramic, porcelain, glass and natural stone tiles on floors and walls. QuartzLock Grout requires no sealing and is resistant to typical food stains and most household chemical products. FEATURES AND BENEFITS

• DO NOT add any water, liquid, or other material to QuartzLock Grout! This will cause grout failure and void all warranties. • A milky, white liquid may be present on the surface of the grout when opened. This is from normal settling during shipment. The use of a margin trowel is recommended to bring grout into suspension. If a drill mixer is used, mix at low speed for no more than 30 seconds. Over‐mixing with a drill mixer may introduce excessive air into the product and cause grout sagging on vertical applications and/or other performance issues. Continue to mix with a margin trowel throughout the grouting process. • Ensure tile is firmly set and mortar is completely dry (always follow manufacturer’s instructions) before grouting. Remove all spacers, water, debris and adhesive from tile joints. • For best results, surface of tile should be at room temperature (70°F to 75°F). Urethane materials are affected by temperature and humidity variations. Cool temperatures and/or high humidity will slow cure time. • To facilitate cleaning, pre‐seal all porous tile and natural stone before grouting. • For glass tile, polished marble, stone and other soft surfaces, test grout on a small area to ensure compatibility. • Make sure grout joints are clean, dry, and free from solvents and residue before grouting. Application:

PRODUCT USES QuartzLock Grout can be used in grout joint widths from 1/16” to 1/2” on vertical or horizontal surfaces in both interior and exterior installations of ceramic, porcelain, glass and natural stone tiles. INSTALLATION Read and understand Technical Data Sheet and Material Safety Data Sheet completely before beginning installation. Follow applicable ANSI, TCNA and NTCA installation standards. Always do a test area to ensure product satisfaction, including adhesion to substrate, and/or to become familiar with proper application techniques prior to use. QuartzLock Grout is a READY‐TO‐USE Urethane Grout and different installation techniques are required for successful product use. Please read the following instructions carefully.

• Spread grout using a green, sharp‐edged, firm rubber grout float. Work the grout diagonally across the joints, packing them full. • Remove excess grout from the tile surface, pulling the edge of the float diagonally across the joint to prevent grout removal. Grout Cleaning: For best results, remove grout haze AS YOU WORK, particularly in warm or dry climates. If working alone, only grout as far as you can reach (10‐12 square foot area) before initial cleaning. If working as a team, one person should grout, with the other(s) cleaning immediately behind the first person. • Rinse sponge in water and wring out completely. Since urethane grout requires very little water during cleanup, make sure that the sponge is wrung nearly dry. Wipe lightly, leaving sponge flat on the tile surface to prevent grout removal from joints. Excessive water during cleanup

can dilute the urethane binder and cause curing issues that may lead to grout failure. Wipe up spilled water immediately. Do not allow water to sit on grout surface or in ungrouted joints. Change water mixture after each 100 square feet, for each new bucket of grout, or when dirty. Check work as you clean. Repair any low spots with additional grout. Unlike other grouts, DO NOT over wash. Allow cleaned areas to dry, and then inspect tile / stone surface. If a second cleaning is necessary, wait 24 hours and spray a film remover (Aqua Mix® Heavy‐Duty Tile and Grout Cleaner, Miracle Tile & Stone Cleaner, or DuPont™ StoneTech® Professional KlenzAll™ Cleaner) on a white scrubby Doodlebug™ cleaning pad, rubbing the tile lightly to remove any remaining urethane haze, then using a damp sponge and clean water, wipe the surface to remove the film remover (do not flood surface with cleaner). Finish by drying the tile surface with a clean towel or cloth. Contact StarQuartz if persistent haze exists.

Installation Requirements • For use in joints 1/16” or greater. Ensure that joints are well packed. Smaller joints may require extra effort. • To speed up installation, or for quarry and other porous tile and/or outdoor applications, pre‐wet tile surface using clean water with a damp sponge prior to spreading grout, being careful not to leave standing water in the grout joints. • Maintain temperature above 40°F (5°C) during installation and curing. CURING • Protect finished surface from light traffic for at least 24 hours at 70°F (21°C). Heavy foot traffic requires 72 hours at 70°F and 50% relative humidity. See Limitations/Cautions below for further curing requirements. • If needed, cover ONLY with kraft or breathable paper after initial 24‐hour curing period. • Full cure depends on grout depth. Normal cure of a ¼” grout joint with a 3/8” thick tile is 28 days. SHOWERS / STEAM SHOWERS / WET APPLICATIONS • Use an approved waterproof sealer for mud bed applications and follow manufacturer’s recommendations for sealer installation. For liquid‐applied waterproofing materials, apply to within 1” of any drains to prevent weep hole blockage. The use of pre‐sloped, waterproof trays (instead of mud beds) is highly recommended.

• Shower, steam shower, pool, fountain and wet area installations must be protected from moisture and allowed to cure for 7 days before use. LIMITATIONS/CAUTIONS • Do not apply or clean up this product like traditional cement‐based or epoxy grouts; QuartzLock Grout is a new technology that requires a simpler and easier application and clean‐up process. • Follow all manufacturers’ instructions for all other setting materials, waterproofing, anti‐fracture membranes, etc. to be used on the job. • Minimum recommended grout joint width is 1/16”. • Maximum recommended grout joint width is 1/2”. • Ensure that grout joints are fully packed, especially in tight and irregular joints. Take special care in all wet and outdoor applications. • Do not use as a setting mortar. • Not for use in heavy industrial applications (i.e. chemical plants), in areas subjected to harsh or persistent chemicals, or areas exposed to very aggressive cleaning routines such as steam or pressure washing. • QuartzLock Grout is not a replacement for a waterproofing membrane. When a waterproofing system solution is required, please contact StarQuartz Technical Service. • Protect grout from staining agents and chemicals during the cure process. • Grouting when tile surface is above 90°F (32°C) is not recommended. Cool tile surface with damp sponge if tile surface is above 90°F (32°C). Be careful not to add excessive water during the tile cooling process. • Do not use vinegar or acid solutions for clean‐up; this could damage uncured grout. • Always use protective clothing (gloves and eye protection) when working with grout. • Prior to regrouting applications, remove 1/8” of old grout and any surface contaminants. Be sure to rinse any residual solvent/cleaner off grout joints, then allow joints to completely dry before re‐grouting. • Do not use for commercial or wet environment re‐ grouting installations, including showers, steam showers, and outdoor applications. • Seal porous tile surfaces with a water‐based sealer, including the sides of the stone, prior to grouting with QuartzLock Grout. • Outdoor installations must be protected from moisture (rain) for 7 days. If rain is forecast within 7 days, protect by tenting the grouted area (at least 1 foot above surface). • Not for use in hot tubs.

TECHNICAL DATA SHEET

INSTALLATION

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Translucent Grout for Glass Tile

Read and understand Technical Data Sheet and Material Safety Data Sheet completely before beginning installation. Follow applicable ANSI, TCNA and NTCA installation standards. Always do a test area to ensure product satisfaction, including adhesion to substrate, and/or to become familiar with proper application techniques prior to use. StarGlass Grout requires different installation techniques for successful product use. Please read the following instructions carefully. Preparation for Grouting:

Glass tile manufacturers have always desired a translucent grout that compliments their products. Cement and epoxy grouts can detract from a glass tile installation’s overall appearance by creating a harsh line that clashes with the tile’s natural beauty. StarGlass™ Grout, however, provides limitless design possibilities and actually enhances the look of glass tile by offering never‐before‐seen color and visual possibilities. StarGlass Grout is a PRE‐MIXED, urethane‐based grout especially designed for glass tile. Other grouts contain cement, sand and other light‐absorbing materials. StarGlass Grout, on the other hand, contains tiny glass beads and a translucent urethane binder that actually allow light to pass through the grout itself, creating a unique, three‐dimensional effect and a stunning reflective appearance. StarGlass also offers the traditional benefits of Urethane grout, including: FEATURES AND BENEFITS • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • •

• DO NOT add any water, liquid, or other material to StarGlass Grout! This will cause grout failure and void all warranties. • A milky, white liquid may be present on the surface of the grout when opened. This is from normal settling during shipment. Only use a margin trowel to bring grout into suspension. Use of a drill mixer is not recommended as it will introduce excessive air into the product and cause grout sagging on vertical applications, a reduction of color uniformity, and/or other performance issues. Continue to mix with margin trowel throughout the grouting process. Application: • Spread grout using a stone float. If working alone, only grout as far as you can reach (arm’s length) before initial cleaning. If working as a team, one person should grout, with the other(s) cleaning immediately behind the first person.

StarGlass Technical Data Sheet • Rinse sponge in water and wring out completely. Since urethane grout requires very little water during cleanup, make sure that the sponge is wrung nearly dry. Wipe lightly, leaving sponge flat on the tile surface to prevent grout removal from joints. Excessive water used during cleanup can dilute the urethane binder and cause curing issues that may lead to grout failure. • Wipe up spilled water immediately. Do not allow water to sit on grout surface or in ungrouted joints. • Change water mixture after each 100 square feet, for each new bucket of grout, or when dirty. • Check work as you clean. Repair any low spots with additional grout. Unlike other grouts, DO NOT over wash. • Allow cleaned areas to dry, and then inspect tile / stone surface. If a second cleaning is necessary, WAIT 3 hours in low humidity environments and 6 hours in high humidity environments, making sure grout is cured enough to withstand light finger pressure without losing form, then spray BLAZE™ Urethane Grout Cleaner on a white scrubby Doodlebug™ cleaning pad (do not flood the surface with cleaner). Rub the cleaning pad lightly over any remaining urethane haze, allow it to dwell on the tile / stone surface for at least 60 seconds (excessive haze may require direct spray on surface and/or more dwell time) to ensure sufficient penetration. Use a damp sponge and clean water to remove the film and cleaner. Finish by drying the tile surface with a clean towel or cloth. Contact StarQuartz if a persistent haze exists. Installation Requirements: • Ensure that joints are well packed. Smaller joints may require extra effort. Failure to fully pack joints may lead to slight discoloration or mottling and delay full color consistency for up to two weeks. STARQUARTZ INDUSTRIES, INC. PHONE: 866-220-4500

LIMITATIONS/CAUTIONS • Do not apply or clean up this product like traditional cement‐ based or epoxy grouts; StarGlass Grout is a new technology that requires a simpler and easier application and clean‐up process. • Follow manufacturers’ instructions for all other setting materials, waterproofing, anti‐fracture membranes, etc., used on the job. • Minimum recommended grout joint width is 1/16”. • Maximum recommended grout joint width is 1/2” for horizontal and 1/4” for vertical applications. • Ensure that grout joints are fully packed, especially in tight and irregular joints. Take special care in all wet and outdoor applications. • Do not use as a setting mortar. • Not for use in heavy industrial applications (ie: chemical plants), in areas subjected to harsh or persistent chemicals, or areas exposed to very aggressive cleaning routines such as steam cleaning or pressure washing. • StarGlass Grout is not a replacement for a waterproofing membrane. • Prior to re‐grouting applications, remove 1/8” of old grout and remove any surface contaminants. Be sure to rinse any residual solvent off grout joints, then allow joints to completely dry before re‐grouting.

EQ Credit 4.1: Low Emitting Materials – Adhesives and Sealants All InterfaceFLOR Recommended Adhesives Meet the LEED Low-Emitting Adhesive Criteria. InterfaceFLOR’s glue-free TacTiles® connectors and traditional adhesive installation products meet the requirements of SCAQMD Rule #1168 as required to obtain this credit.* In addition to eliminating the need for glue, our TacTiles installation system has an environmental impact that is over 90% lower than that of traditional adhesives. (*) All adhesives and sealants used in the building – not just for carpet – must meet the low VOC requirements in order to obtain this credit.

That’s three times more recycled content value at no additional cost with InterfaceFLOR’s GlasBacRE backed carpet tile styles. Choose Convert™ platform styles on GlasBacRE for the highest post-consumer recycled content. Minimize Adhesive Waste with TacTiles. For a 10,000 sq. yd.

InterfaceFLOR Atlanta Showroom - First LEED Commercial Interiors Platinum certified project

( *) All flooring installed in the building must meet these criteria in order to obtain the credit.

InterfaceFLOR modular tile generates just 3.9% installation waste – significantly lower than the 8-14% generated with roll carpet. Our popular i2™ non directional products install with even less waste - just 1.5%. Our TacTiles installation system further reduces waste by eliminating the need for buckets of carpet adhesive. Packaging for rolls of TacTiles connectors is minimal and recyclable. For every 10,000 square yards installed with TacTiles connectors, you can avoid bringing 56 non-recyclable 4-gallon adhesive pails onto your project site. In addition, through our revolutionary ReEntry® 2.0 program, we have the ability to reclaim used carpet and installation waste to keep it out of landfills. Call 888.733.6873 for more information.

With InterfaceFLOR, you’ll LEED the way from the floor up.

EQ Credit 4.3: Low Emitting Materials — Flooring All InterfaceFLOR Carpet Tile Meets LEED Low-Emitting Carpet Criteria. All InterfaceFLOR carpet tile meets the CRI Green Label Plus requirements for low VOC emissions that are required to obtain this credit.* GlasBac® and GlasBacRE backed carpet tile is registered under GLP0820. NexStep® backed carpet tile is registered under GLP1641. Graphlar® backed carpet tiles (manufactured in Europe) meet the requirements of LEED low-emitting carpet criteria.

MR Credit 2.1: Construction Waste Management Minimize construction waste and maximize LEED credit with InterfaceFLOR modular carpet and glue-free installation. Compared to broadloom carpet, our modular carpet tile leads the way when it comes to reducing construction waste, and choosing smarter products at the start of your project means less waste to deal with at the end.

installation, spread adhesive uses 56 four gallon buckets that can’t be recycled or reused. Compare that to 80 recyclable TacTiles cores for the same area.

MR Credit 5: Regional Materials Go local; get the credit. According to LEED CI versions 2.0 and 2009, a minimum of 20% of building materials must be manufactured within a 500-mile radius of the project. InterfaceFLOR carpet tile is manufactured in LaGrange, Georgia. Projects that fall within a 500-mile radius of this location are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to obtain additional LEED credit for LEED CI.* (*) LEED 2009 (except CI) and LEED NC v2.2 require that building materials be manufactured and extracted within 500 miles of the project. Due to the numerous raw materials that are used to make carpet, this credit is incredibly difficult to calculate, and InterfaceFLOR cannot currently provide documentation.

Innovation in Design Credits Climate Neutral Materials (USGBC LEED) Climate Neutral Cool Carpet™. All InterfaceFLOR carpet tile is verified climate neutral. All InterfaceFLOR carpet tile sold in North America is third-party verified climate neutral at no additional cost, so all products qualify for this credit.* LEED has defined stringent criteria for what constitutes “climate neutral materials” and InterfaceFLOR products meet these criteria.

Project Information

Where Fantasy Meets Reality In designing our latest Convert™ platform styles, David Oakey was inspired by a mix of influences—fashion, art, film, culture, craft and fantasy. As Oakey describes it, these new styles offer today what the Golden Age of Hollywood represented in the 1930s: an escape into beauty and fantasy and laughter. Fashion is fantasy and whimsy and glorious relief from the pressing realities of everyday life. Unlike the “Gold Diggers of 1933”, however, the allure of these products will last longer than one afternoon. Be as conservative as you like or as fantastical as you’ve ever dreamed. Take the elements of design and make a simple statement or mix them together and be creative. It’s safe. And it’s surreal. Convert is InterfaceFLOR’s groundbreaking design platform for carpet tile manufactured with a full color spectrum of post-consumer content nylon fiber and our non-virgin PVC backing. Convert reduces our use of virgin resources, moving us closer every day to a closed-loop system and our Mission Zero™ goal to eliminate any negative impact we may have on the environment by 2020.

Printed with UV inks on 100% post consumer waste (PCW) fiber manufactured using wind power. We have tried our very best to accurately represent product colors. However, due to the nature of printed materials, color of actual products may vary slightly. Please request a sample to see actual product color.

ReENTRY® 2.0

SUSTAINABLE CHOICE

Help Stop Global Warming and Earn a LEED® Innovation Credit. ALL InterfaceFLOR modular carpet sold in North America is third party verified climate neutral Cool Carpet™. Cool Carpet zeros out all greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions associated with the entire lifecycle of your carpet. And climate neutral verified Cool Carpet is eligible for a USGBC LEED Innovation Credit.

Performance and Flexibility. InterfaceFLOR’s standard backing systems set the industry standard for modular performance. Tiles stay on the floor with no upcurl, no tapping and no rippling effect, yet are easy to selectively replace. Our modular carpet is also easier to handle, install and maintain than bulky roll carpet. And, it installs with less waste so you save time and money — 3-4% for typical modular carpet compared to an average waste factor of 14% for traditional roll carpet.

No Glue Installation. Our revolutionary TacTiles® installation system eliminates the need for glue, adhering tiles securely together to form a floor that “floats” for greater flexibility, easier replacement and long-term performance. The result? Less mess, less waste and greater savings, not to mention an environmental footprint that is over 90% lower than that of traditional glue adhesives.

Mold Protection. Our patented antimicrobial preservative, Intersept, protects our modular carpet against mold growth and odor-causing bacteria — guaranteed. Intersept treated carpet, with proper maintenance, shows no mold or bacterial growth when tested per the ASTM E2471 Standard Test Method. Intersept is low in toxicity, water insoluble and contains no arsenic, heavy metals, phenols or formaldehyde.

Recyclable is Now a Reality. Our ReEntry 2.0 program uses patent pending technology that gives us the ability to cleanly separate the face fiber and backing of nearly any carpet type. Separated type 6 and 6,6 nylon are recycled into new 6 and 6,6 nylon, while separated GlasBac and similar competitor backings are recycled into new non-virgin PVC backing using our Cool Blue™ technology. At InterfaceFLOR, this results in Convert™ — a groundbreaking new design platform for modular carpet manufactured with a full color spectrum of post-consumer content yarn.

Environmental Responsibility. InterfaceFLOR is the industry’s first to earn an EPD (Environmental Product Declaration), which evaluates consistent factors based on full lifecycle assessment (LCA). We achieved an EPD based on our Convert products with type 6,6 nylon that offer never before seen levels of post-consumer content and illustrate our commitment to reducing virgin raw materials and taking responsibility for products at their end of use.

Bamboo Flooring

We have taken care to select only the best quality bamboo floors. Nadurra is a Canadian company manufacturing top quality bamboo floors that meet our sustainability standards such as FSC Certification, Formaldehyde Free and low emitting finishes. Not all bamboo is made alike – a good quality bamboo floor uses only mature bamboo (5-10 years, depending on the species). Even though bamboo matures quickly, it takes additional years for the plant to thicken and harden. Often cheaper bamboo floors are harvested too early when the plant is weak, which often results in a floor that cups or cracks. Nadurra uses only mature bamboo that is harvested in such a way that natural habitat is not lost, and manufactured responsibly – in addition, properly mature bamboo is many times harder than oak. The result is a long lasting, beautiful floor. Nadurra Bamboo floors are available in a multitude of finishes and collections.

The Solid Collection They show the traditional look of bamboo, in its natural tones. No stains - the colours go all the way though the flooring plank, making refinishing of these floors simple. We call these floors engineered-solids, as they are comprised of laminated strips of 100% bamboo. This engineering process and the natural moisture-phobic properties of bamboo creates a floor that is up to 50% more stable than red oak flooring. These floors can go in places where solid hardwood cannot – like in kitchens and basements. They can be nailed-down or glued down in homes, condos and medium traffic commercial environments.

The Composite Collection The hardest bamboo floor ever! Our Composite planks are twice as dense as red oak! The bamboo stalks are shredded into thin strands and then compressed them with binding resins into mega-dense planks. What you get is a floor that has a similar look and grain to exotic woods. Some of the Composite styles have striking colour variances as we mix the Natural and Carbonized colours together. These floors are perfect for livening and toughening up medium-traffic retail stores and salons and are more than enough for homes. The floor will become a main design element of the dĂŠcor. Because of its stability they can be installed above and below grade. *Also available in TRAFFIC for commercial floors.

The Solid Collection Same as The Solid Collection but enlivened with vibrant, German water-based stains. Perfect to add zing to living areas of a house or condo. New colours are added regularly.

The Composite Stained Collection Same as the Composite floors above, toned with deeply earthy, water-based stains. These rich colours make an already stunning floor more diverse.

The Hand-Scraped Collection Hand-scraped – 6 inches wide and 6 feet long, these planks are amazing when placed in a large expanse. Deep chatter marks and scrapings give these wide planks a rustic yet elegant look perfect for grand homes, converted lofts or cottages that want the rustic look in a new floor. Natural and stained colours available. Constructed with 3 layers of solid bamboo running perpendicular to one another increases the stability of such a wide floor.

PaperStone LEED Certification Information ®

PaperStone® is an architectural composite material made from 100% post-consumer recycled paper that is certified to Forest Stewardship Council standards by the Smartwood program of The Rainforest Alliance. Accordingly, PaperStone® plays a role in enabling a building project to acquire Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) points toward certification. The LEED Green Building Rating System®, developed by the U.S. Green Building Council under contract with the U.S. Department of Energy, is a voluntary standard for developing environmentally responsible, low emission, high-performance, sustainable buildings. LEED certification is for the entire construction project; materials and products used in buildings are not individually certified. Through a rigorous process of third-party verification by the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) the project earns “points” toward achieving a level of certification (Certified, Silver, Gold or Platinum). Use of PaperStone® can contribute to the accumulation of LEED points in selected credit categories of Materials and Resources, Indoor Environmental Quality and Innovation in Design as follows:

Materials and Resources Recycled Content: LEED 2009 awards points for the use of products that contain recycled materials. Credit levels have specific thresholds for the required percentages of post-consumer recycled material or pre-consumer recycled material. Paper made from 100% post-consumer waste is used to manufacture PaperStone® (except Leather). Indoor Environmental Quality LEED 2009 may award a point if all composite wood and agrifiber products installed in the building interior contain no added urea-formaldehyde resins. Additionally, any laminating adhesives used for material installation may not contain added urea-formaldehyde resins. PaperStone® contains no added urea-formaldehyde resins and has been thoroughly tested and certified as VOC-free, including formaldehyde.

Innovation in Design Exemplary Performance: Under LEED 2009, additional points can be earned when credit level requirements for Recycled Content are exceeded.

Individual measurement systems have been developed to rate and certify various building types in the commercial, institutional and residential business sectors of the construction industry. As the LEED credit category terminology and point qualification process varies among different types of buildings, prospective users of PaperStone® should consult the relevant LEED rating system reference guide for the specific requirements to certify their construction project. A PaperStone® data sheet will be provided to support the LEED submittal process. Refer to the table on the reverse side for more details on how PaperStone® can assist a commercial, institutional or residential project in obtaining points toward certification. green building

WHAT ARE ICESTONE® DURABLE SURFACES? IceStone durable surfaces are a highly versatile concrete product that is a non-toxic, green, and sustainable alternative to mined or engineered stone. IceStone surfaces do not contain any resins or plastics, therefore it will not fade with exposure to direct sunlight or UV rays.

IceStone surfaces are used for kitchen countertops, backsplashes, bathrooms, tabletops, conference tables, reception areas, transaction areas, bar tops, outdoor kitchens and any other surface where stone could be used. IceStone surfaces are created from 100% recycled glass that is mixed with cement to create a highly

durable and aesthetically beautiful surface that is considered a high performance concrete product. IceStone is twice the strength of marble and has a long product life cycle. IceStone surfaces come in a wide variety of colors including neutrals, earth tones, vibrant and playful hues that are suitable for both commercial and residential installations. Custom colors can be created for large commercial projects.

GREEN BUILDING PRINCIPALS & CERTIFICATIONS At IceStone, we strive to continually improve our product, our manufacturing process, and our environmental impact. We also support the growth and health of our employees. Our company's philosophy values both social and environmental aspects of business. This begins from the non-toxic ingredients we use in IceStone surfaces to our day-lit

manufacturing facility in Brooklyn, NY - our goal is to be a zero waste facility. IceStone is the first and only durable surface to have achieved Cradle to Cradle™ Gold Certification from McDonough Braungart Design Chemistry (MBDC), which required IceStone to increase its use of renewable energy sources and work towards carbon neutrality. IceStone is also one

of the founding members of B Corporation, which requires meeting a set of comprehensive social and environmental standards. IceStone is often selected for not only its integrity, but its ability to help a project obtain LEED certification. IceStone also has NSF 51 Certification, which identifies the product is suitable for use in food service areas.

INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE

The fabrication, installation and maintenance of IceStone slabs follow similar protocol used with

mined stone. Although it is similar to mined stone, IceStone is unlike resin-based engineered stone, therefore we provide IceStone Fabrication Guidelines that specify how to cut and properly install the product. IceStone products are slightly porous, just like natural stone. Therefore, we require IceStone surfaces to be sealed with one of our recommended water-based or low-VOC sealers (please follow the sealant manufacturers' specific instructions).

In addition, we have a Care & Maintenance Guide to help both fabricators and customers maintain their IceStone surface. IceStone durable surfaces are strong and require basic maintenance to preserve their beauty and performance. We recommend resealing your IceStone surface once a year, just as you would with mined stone. We do not recommend using bleach or ammonia-based or abrasive cleaners on your IceStone surface. Please contact us if you have questions on your specific application.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS IceStone durable surfaces are available in slabs - the dimensions of the slabs are 52.5” wide by 96” long by 1.25” thick. The slab weight is 16.29 lbs/square foot. American Clay, Loma

The Environmental Impact of the Use of Earth Plasters and The LEED Credits Associated with American Clay Plaster American Clay has a commitment to reviving the use of earthen plasters, which dates back thousand of years. Earth plasters are one of the original sustainable building products – created centuries ago by artisans utilizing the dirt from their home sites. Today, American Clay Earth Plaster’s formulation provides durable and beautiful finishes, which typically last for the life of the building. The combination of beauty, durability and healthful qualities has led to a renaissance in the use of these finishes over the past several years. In recent years the construction industry has begun to focus on the environmental impact of many construction materials. The evaluation of products in the “green movement” encompasses many elements, which must be weighed on a scale of relative importance. These elements include the longevity of the material, the composition, maintenance, recycled content, embodied energy, and the “cradle-to-grave” environmental impact.

Durability Sustainable construction is the core value in the green building industry. American Clay Earth Plasters replicate the plaster walls utilized historically throughout the world. These plasters have an outstanding record of durability and performance dating back thousands of years. The walls will typically last the life of the structure. In many older buildings, the walls can be restored to their original beauty at a fraction of the cost of replacing the finish.

Composition and Embodied Energy American Clay is a blend of post-industrial aggregates, clays, and pigments. The postindustrial aggregates are comprised of rock and post-industrial shell waste crushed into sand. American Clay plasters do not require high-energy kilns or reactors like other plasters and acrylics. American Clay is the lowest embodied energy

choice for your project when used with our Mud Glue. Because of the low embodied energy in the manufacturing process, American Clay has the lowest carbon footprint of any interior finish product.

Recycle/Reuse Content Several marble quarries have supplies of postindustrial stone left from slab marble processing. American Clay utilizes these suppliers for our aggregates. American Clay uses 72% by weight post-industrial recycled content.

VOC Off-Gassing & Indoor Air Quality Our Earth Plasters, Sanded Primer, and Mud Glue are comprised of zero-VOC materials. American Clay Earth Plaster exhibits no off-gassing over the life of the cured walls. The porous clay plaster finish does not support microbial growth, and does not allow moisture to accumulate, helping to maintain a mold-free environment with improved indoor air quality. The use of Mud Glue further enhances the anti-microbial qualities of our natural finishes.

Local Sourcing American Clay has many distributors and retailers strategically located throughout the country. American Clay Earth Plasters are shipped dry to minimize the effects of our products on the environment; adding water at the factory would make our product heavier to ship. The heavier the shipment, the more fuel is used, and the more fuel used, the more greenhouse gases are produced.

Innovations for Future Generations American Clay is currently looking to other possible areas of benefits, including energy efficiencies produced by the clay.

UNITED STATES GREEN BUILDING COUNCIL “Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design” American Clay has been valued for its beauty and environmental friendliness. However some of the characteristics of American Clay that make it even more attractive are its durability, low maintenance and recycled content. American Clay Earth Plasters contribute to the US Green Build Council’s (USGBC) credits, under the LEED-NC rating system, version 2.2.

MR Prerequisite 1: Storage & Collection of Recyclables Required (1 point)* Provide an area that is dedicated to collection and storage of non-hazardous materials for recycling. *All American Clay packaging is recyclable.

MRcr2.1 and 2.2: Construction Waste Management (1 to 2 points) After applying American Clay Earth Plasters, any unused wet plaster should not be discarded. Dry it on plastic sheets and rehydrate it at a later date for touch ups and repairs.

MRcr4.1 and 4.2: Recycled Content (1 to 2 points) If calculating by weight 35 % of recycled content is usable in this calculation. If calculating by volume 22% is usable in this calculation.

MRcr5.1 and 5.2: Regional Materials (2 points possible) One point is awarded if 10% of the building materials used is extracted, harvested or recovered, as well as being manufactured within a 500-mile radius of the project site and the calculation is based on the cost of the total materials value. The marble dust and clays are available in one of New Mexico’s bordering states. American Clay can contribute to the credit if the raw material supplier is located within 500 miles of the project site. A second point is awarded if the total percentage of the cost of regional materials is at least 20%.

MRcr6: Rapidly Renewable Materials (1 point) One point is awarded if 2.5% of the total value of all building material and products used in the project, based on the cost, is rapidly renewable materials. Using green chemistry, American Clay has developed a casein protein polymer based Mud Glue. Using American Clay Mud Glue can help contribute to this credit.

EQcr4.2: Low-Emitting Materials (1 point) American Clay Earth Plasters, Sanded Primer, Mud Glue and Pigments all have 0 VOCs.

IDcr1-1.4: Innovation in Design (1 point) Many things in nature hold a negative charge, and humans living close to nature are accustomed to being surrounded by a negative charge in the air, or negative ions. Inside today’s modern home there are electrical appliances, electric cords, and synthetic plastic products (latex paint), all of which produce and maintain a positive charge in the air. Surrounding your interior environment with clay that produces negative ions will not only help neutralize the electromagnetic effect created by appliances and synthetic plastics, but will help eliminate static charge on walls and floors, help filter air of pollen and dander, and surround you with the charge humans are accustomed to when living in nature.

Negative ions are believed to produce biochemical reactions that increase levels of the mood chemical serotonin, helping to alleviate depression, relieve stress, and boost our daytime energy. Normal ion count in fresh country air is 2,000 to 4,000 negative ions per cubic centimeter (about the size of a sugar cube). At Yosemite Falls, you’ll experience over 100,000 negative ions per cubic centimeter. On the other hand, the level is far below 600 negative ions per cubic centimeter in an office with computers. Earth Plasters can increase negative ions by 10 – 20 times more in the indoor air environment.

*** Points are only POSSIBLE – It is up to the builder/architect/owner to pursue approval of the points by USGBC

Because Safecoat Penetrating WaterStop low odor and non-toxic, it is ideal for use indoors instead of a typical high solvent content sealer; yet, it is durable enough for use outdoors. It is particularly useful as a periodic maintenance coat for surfaces originally treated with Safecoat WaterShield.

Grout Sealer Safecoat Grout Sealer is a clear, moisture-resistant sealer for porous tile grout and other cementitious surfaces. It actually reacts with and becomes a part of the grout, increasing water resistance and minimizing the penetration of liquids, helping to prevent staining and giving a wearable, washable surface. Like all Safecoat products, it is as safe and non-toxic as possible, formaldehyde-free and virtually odorless, giving off no offensive chemical fumes. Dries clear without discoloration.

Water Shield Safecoat WaterShield is a clear, versatile, controlled penetration water repelling sealer which provides an invisible barrier against water, and resists oils, grease and similar liquids. It is fast drying, has excellent adhesion, and is easy to apply. In addition to sealing and providing a protective barrier against water migration, it helps to harden, dust proof and control efflorescence in masonry surfaces. It is non-toxic, non-flammable, lead-free, formaldehyde-free, and does not contain surface contaminating silicones, making it a desirable coating for interior or exterior use. May be used on painted surfaces and may be painted over when dry. Dries clear and does not discolor.

Safecoat Masonry Finishes Using no formaldehyde or other toxic ingredients, our collection of masonry sealers and paint gives you unprecedented versatility for coating a wide variety of surfaces with strong, durable finishes that have no offensive solvents, fumes or odors.

Paint Finishes Transitional Primer SCS CERTIFIED - LEED QUALIFIED

Concrete/Floor Paint

Safecoat Transitional Primer is a premium quality, waterbased, flat-finish universal primer specifically formulated to solve difficult application problems without the use of toxic and malodorous chemicals. Because it has an extremely tight and efficient polymer network, when properly applied it is particularly well suited for transitioning from existing oil-based painted surfaces to waterbased coatings. When properly applied, it is useful as a stain blocker for many of the knot holes, water soluble stains and oils, tannins and terpenes in wood which can “bleed through” to the surface upon the application of traditional water-based primers. Like all Safecoat paints, it is the least toxic product of its type, and contains no naphtha or other aromatic solvents, and no formaldehyde, ethylene glycol, ammonia, acetone, heavy metals, crystalline silica or other carcinogenic or hazardous materials. Safecoat Transitional Primer is naturally low in odor, and unlike other paints contains no masking agents or fragrances to hide the smells of toxic chemicals.

Safecoat Concrete Floor Paint is a unique waterborne semi-gloss coating for use on dimensionally stable decks including concrete, magnesite, walkways, breezeways and patios. Safecoat Concrete Floor Paint dries to a hard, tough coating yet contains no offensive solvents, fumes or odors. It dries quickly, cleans up with water and provides a tough monolithic film for lasting protection on properly prepared surfaces. Standard in white, custom colors available by special order.

All Purpose Exterior Satin SCS CERTIFIED - LEED QUALIFIED Safecoat All Purpose Exterior Satin is a sophisticated, premium quality paint designed for a variety of exterior surfaces where a durable, weather-resistant finish and superior film formation properties are needed. It is well suited for buildings in which the health of occupants is a concern: schools, hospitals, homes, offices—anywhere people want to reduce their exposure to toxic chemicals. It is blister- and fade-resistant, has excellent hide, extremely low VOC for sustainability and pollution reduction, and cleans up easily with soap and water. Safecoat is fully tintable using zero VOC tints.

Safecoat Cleaners Because household cleaners can be a substantial source of toxins that cause indoor air pollution and health concerns, we have created our unique SafeChoice® line of healthy alternatives. These include a concentrated all-purpose cleaner and degreaser, a powerful bath and bowl cleaner and a sealer for areas prone to mold and mildew. To protect against harsh or dangerous chemicals found in homes and buildings, SafeChoice® is the highest quality solution available.

Super Clean SafeChoice Super Clean is a highly concentrated, all-purpose cleaner/degreaser. It is non-toxic, odor-free, dye-free and biodegradable. It contains no phosphates, alkalines, acids, ammonia, butyl ethers, chlorine bleach, nor any chemical scents used to mask the odors caused by such harsh compounds. It will not irritate sensitive skin, nor does it give off noxious fumes. Yet it is strong enough for industrial strength cleaning chores.

Safety Clean SafeChoice Safety Clean is a highly effective bath and bowl cleaner. It is in general suitable for any high moisture area such as bathrooms, kitchens, saunas, showers, even outside pool tiles and decking. Unlike most commercial cleaners, SafeChoice Safety Clean contains no toxic hazardous ingredients or cleaning agents like butyl ethers, chlorine bleach, pine oils or masking agents—so you do not have to put up with a harsh disinfectant smell. Used regularly, SafeChoice Safety Clean is excellent at controlling common bathroom odors.

X-158 SafeChoice X-158 is a premium quality, clear coating for prophylactic use on surfaces where mold and mildew might appear. It is not a cleaning agent, but a clear defensive sealer designed to encapsulate surfaces which would typically be subject to mold and mildew attack. Because it is non-toxic and low-odor (odor-free when dry), it is ideal for use in unventilated, confined areas such as shower stalls, bathrooms and saunas. Yet it is durable enough for use on roofs, air filtration systems and spa decks. It may also be used on countertops, walls, floors and ceilings. SafeChoice X-158 coating applies quickly and simply. One application lasts between 30 and 180 days, depending on the severity of the conditions.

Safecoat Outgassing Control Sealers As we are increasingly aware, today’s building materials and coatings are loaded with toxic chemicals. These chemicals include acetone, formaldehyde, methanol, toluene, benzene, xylene and styrene. Even so-called “environmental zero VOC coatings” can still contain toxic materials that are unregulated. Safecoat makes unique sealers specifically designed to prevent the outgassing of harmful chemicals. Safecoat offgassing control sealers eliminate the toxic solvents, heavy metals and formaldehyde found in ordinary paints and sealers, and create a protective layer that reduces offgassing from the surface below.

Hard Seal Safecoat Hard Seal is a multi-use, clear gloss sealer especially formulated to provide mar resistance to both low- and high-porosity surfaces. Because it forms a continuous membrane when applied properly it is particularly effective at sealing in any pollution or toxic chemical compounds outgassing from the surface to which it is applied.

Safe Seal SCS CERTIFIED - LEED QUALIFIED Safecoat Safe Seal is a water-based, low-gloss sealer highly effective at sealing in formaldehyde outgassing from processed wood such as plywood, particle board and pressed wood. Safecoat Safe Seal is virtually odorless on application and odorless once cured. Note that Safe Seal is not intended for use as a top coat clear finish for surfaces that receive traffic. It can be used as a prep sealer under Safecoat coatings if desired.

BRODA® is a line of high- performance eco- friendly coatings formulated here in Canada by CBR Products to withstand our environment and help protect it at the same time. CBR has been making low-VOC coatings for over 10 years, with many successful applications on projects large and small, across North America. When it comes time to specify low-VOC coatings for your next project, call us.

1. Natural oil is temporarily bonded to water, pigments are suspended in this liquid. Apply as much to the wood as can be absorbed. 2. Water opens the cells of the wood, promoting deep penetration, carrying oil and pigment into dry, damp or “green” wood. 3. Water evaporates, leaving oil bonded to the wood, locking in pigments. Fungal resistant, vapour permeable finish repels water and resists UV damage. 4. Brushes clean up with water, flushing away excess natural oils and pigments. No harsh solvents required.
