Angus & Julia Stone Australian brother and sister indie folk duo Angus and Julia Stone made their mark on the music industry - at the ARIA Music Awards of 2010 they won five awards from nine nominations: winning Album of the Year, Best Adult Alternative Album, Best Cover Art and Producer of the Year for Down the Way and Single of the Year for "Big Jet Plane". The siblings have each issued two solo albums, with Angus releasing Smoking Gun (under the pseudonym Lady of the Sunshine) in 2009 and Broken Brights in 2012; Julia's albums are The Memory Machine (2010) and By the Horns (2012).

Peking Duk
Spark up an electro fuse with a twist of house, blend with a galvanizing slowed down beat, and Peking Duk is served. The Aussie duo are big fans of Kiwiland, and this December will hit the Vines Stage on the 29th.
Formed during 2002 by three musicians from Western Australia with similar visions and musical backgrounds, Pendulum’s mission has always been to pull together their production resources, ideas and influences from various styles of music, to create a new sound that they felt was missing from dance music. The Pendulum DJ set show will be on the road performing throughout the world in 2015, touring in South Africa, playing shows in Canada and the US alongside shows in Europe, Asia and Russia. For Pendulum and their enormous, international fan base, great things are to come…

Golden Features Since the genre’s inception, producing under a mysterious moniker has yielded some of greatest intrigue in dance music. Few have sparked curiosity like Golden Features who made his mark on the scene in breakneck speed with a killer EP like nothing people had heard before.
Zeds Dead
Toronto-raised Dylan Mamid (DC) and Zach Rapp-Rovan (Hooks) met as teens and hit it off over a shared love of hiphop. Their upbeat tunes fuse hip-hop, electro-house, drum and bass and dubstep. The duo will be rocking the Vines Stage on the 30th.
Thanks to their laid-back summery beats, Sticky Fingers have had two Top 40 albums. The lads have travelled across the ditch several times, this year heading to Rhythm and Vines to bring good vibes to the Vines Stage on the evening of the 30th.

Yung Lean
Sweedish rapper Yung Lean and his Sad Boys crew live in a world of pop culture references. The youthful rapper has garnered a serious following, with several YouTube videos reaching over one million views. This is his first time performing on Kiwi shores.
Cut Snake
Bass-heavy and bombastic, frenetic yet lush, the music of Slumberjack is born from its Perth-based creators’ passion for contrast. Made up of DJ/ producers Morgan Fletcher Ehlers, Slumberjack brings their music to Rhythm and Vines for the first time this year.
Aussie lads Cut Snake are set to perform their first Rhythm and Vines set on the 29th. “It’s about enjoying the moment and having a great time,” Paul Fisher explains of his duo with Leigh Sedley. This attitude is reflected in the duo’s energetic EDM.

Shade Area Shaded Areas are located in Treble Camp and the Forest Bar. There are various other Shaded Areas dotted around the festival site, including the Vines Village and VIP. Water Conservation Strategy There is a limited water supply at Waiohika Estate. To protect our environment and maximise the use of our scarce water resource, R&V management have implemented a fresh water conservation plan. Part of this plan requires showers be operational during specific periods of the day. These periods are: 7:00am – 11:00am and 3:00pm – 7:00pm. Our objective is to minimise use of the scarce water resource. So only take a shower if you really need to and limit your time in the shower to 3 mins‌ Just enough to keep you smelling like a champion.* *Showers will be open 4pm – 7pm On the 28th December and 7am-11am on January 1st.

Festival Information Continued Lost Property
Parking The entrance to the car park is Gate C off Back Ormond Road, just past Grey’s Bush Reserve. The car park is alcohol free – Police will be patrolling the site. Please note that upon arrival, you may have to walk several hundred metres to the gate from your car. When checking in, it is best to leave your bags in your car, then returning to get it once you have your band. This will help you from hauling around heavy gear for long periods in the blistering Gizzy sun. Please note organisers reserve the right to alter any of these details.
Onsite Carparks These are strictly alcohol free areas. Anyone found consuming alcohol in the car park risks having any alcohol confiscated and not being admitted to the festival.
Please hand in any property at the site it was found at. In other words if you find it onsite hand it in there and if you find it at a campsite hand it in there! Lost property can be collected from: Onsite – Information area in the Check In tent. Post event – Gisborne Police station after January 5. If your item is not at any of the above call (06) 869 0200.
Safe Driving Make sure you have plenty of rest on the morning of the 1st (Campsites are open until 4pm). Police will be operating drink driving check points around the exit of the car park. If you are over the limit you will be prosecuted. Make sure you rest up and drive safely.
