DO PATIENTS RECEIVE A ‘MEDICAL MARIJUANA CARD’ TO IDENTIFY THAT THEY ARE IN THE TCUP PROGRAM?

No, patients do not receive a card or other material proof of prescription.

When traveling within Texas with medical cannabis products, patients should always keep personal information readily available. If questioned by law enforcement, patients must have the original packaging with patient label, and direct law enforcement call DPS at (512) 424-7293 for prescription verification.

CAN PATIENTS SHOP AT A GOODBLEND RETAIL STORE?

Due to Texas regulations, we do not currently have brick & mortar stores where patients can shop products.

That’s why we have a simple online shopping system so that patients can see what’s in stock, place an order for delivery to their door, or pick-up at a nearby location.

HOW DO PATIENTS ORDER FROM GOODBLEND?

Patients can receive free contactless delivery to their home on orders $200+ or can pick up at a pop-up location in Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Austin and Fort Worth.

WHY DON’T YOU SELL MARIJUANA FLOWER?

Smokable marijuana flower is still illegal in Texas. For this reason we are unable to sell dried flower products for the purposes of smoking.

Additionally, TCUP patients cannot grow marijuana in their homes. The purpose of the Texas Compassionate Use Program is to provide access to medical-grade, regulated THC products for medical benefits of specific conditions.

WHERE ARE GOODBLEND PRODUCTS MADE?

We handle the entire ‘Seed to Sale’ process at our headquarters in Austin, TX. Here we cultivate the marijuana plants, extract the beneficial cannabinoids, process, and produce our entire product portfolio.
