Your Surecam camera solution feeds the telematics data to TMC seamlessly via an API integration allowing for extra services to benefit your fleet. With the TMC integration you get visibility into what is driving costs and carbon with real time reporting, provide monthly payroll data to highlight mileage deductions/reimbursements due and create a 360 degree profile for each driver to show what is driving costs and carbon and identify where savings can be achieved. HOW IT WORKS TMC take the trip data via the Surecam API and determine the split of business and private mileage. We also overlay with any fuel or electric charge events to conduct audits, ensure policy is adhered to and report on the true cost/ carbon output for each driver/ vehicle. Line managers can approve trips submitted by employees and would receive direct reporting, giving them complete visibility of the claims submitted and helping to ensure that mileage reimbursements are accurate, whilst also deterring exaggerated claims. TMC will produce payroll file to detail the reimbursements or deductions due for each employee.
