Portable Units The auger compactor captures all the waste refuse and breaks it down whilst compacting into the bin. Because the auger compactor unit has no sliding blades it is ideal for wet waste, Putrescibles are not able to become trapped eliminating the affect of bad odours.
The Push Blade compactor incorporates a cross dual hydraulic cylinder layout which gives an average compaction ration of 4:1. The hydraulic power pack and electrical hardware can be mounted external to the compactor comprising of a self-contained power pack mounted on a single frame featuring an oil reservoir, motor, pump, hydraulic circuits and componentry, valving and pipework. Alternatively the hydraulics can be housed inside the compactor. Upon initiation of Auto Cycle Button, the packer will automatically cycle for 3 minutes.
Our compaction equipment incorporates a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) which is a small microprocessor used to control complex equipment. The PLC has a range of functions; monitors isolation switches, operating temperatures, fault codes, bin full indicators, modem compatible allowing messages regarding servicing to be sent automatically to transporters and service requirements and faults directly to equipment service technicians.
