General Conditions: Discounts and savings only apply to the land portion of your holiday and may not be available on all trips and departures. Book again with two or more trips applies to holidays booked simultaneously and must be seven days or longer, savings are applied to the lowest price trip. For Book again & Group discounts they must be booked at the same time and on the same booking number. Young travellers must be aged 5-17 at time of travel and accompanied by at least one adult sharing a room, discount is limited to two discounts per room except on Family Experiences where three apply. Triple rooms are based on three people sharing one room based on existing bedding arrangements (usually two beds), they do not include the cost of any additional bed or ‘roll away’. Triple rooms are limited on cruises and not available on all trips. Triple occupancy is not available on VIA Rail’s Prestige service. Quad rooms are only available on our Family Experience holidays. Shared rooming is not applicable on our Family Experience, Hawaii, Mexico, Alaska or Central America holidays and holidays with cruises or trains. Solo travel is not accepted on Family Experience trips unless travelling as part of a family group. Holidays have a limited number of single rooms and are restricted to certain cabin categories on board cruises and trains. Deposit protection travel credits can only be redeemed once per person and a limit of one trip credit applies. Credit does not apply if you previously received a full refund. We reserve the right to validate past booking status. If for any reason you do not travel, this credit remains for future use for five years.
