Situated within the Four Season Hotel the elegant décor and soaring views over Hong Kong’s Victoria Harbour are enough to draw diners, it’s the food that keeps them coming back. The roasted meats are in a class of their own, with richly flavoured goose and barbecued suckling pig covered in a paper-thin crispy skin.
