Capitalizing on 30 years experience in the textile industry, the Group has multiplied and diversified its activities to become an integral part of the men’s wear market with its “Al-Assel” brand, the traditional fabrics market with “Al Jedaie Men’s Fabrics”, the furniture and home textiles market with “Al Jedaie Fabrics and Furniture”, “Zurf”, “Dimos” and “Al Jedaie Office Furniture”, as well as the medical equipment sector with “Al Jedaie Technologies”. In addition, the Group holds 25% of the capital of “UNILUBE” a company specialized in the treatment of used oils. The Group is also involved in the real estate sector being responsible for the identification and acquisition of commercial properties, specialized in buying and selling land with occasional construction of complexes and commercial centers in the principal cities of Saudi Arabia, thereby facilitating the acquisition of the best commercial places for the Group’s brands. NESK INVESTMENT is the Moroccan subsidiary of the Group’s NESK TRADING COMPANY. Established in Morocco in 2000, the Group has risen in just a few short years to the rank of leader in the clothing market in Morocco. The specific goal of NESK INVESTMENT is to perpetuate the philosophy of the Group in the Moroccan territory, taking advantage of half a century of experience in the domain of ready-to-wear, while capitalizing on the Group’s know-how in distribution and commercialization. Forerunner in the domain of ready-to-wear, the Nesk Group knew how to fulfill all the aspirations expressed today. NESK INVESTMENT anticipates the desires of its clients and fulfills them with a selection of ready-to-wear brands which are affordable, stylish and trendy. HISTORY When it established itself on the Boulevard Massira Al Khadra in 2000, NESK INVESTMENT Group made it a temple of ready-to-wear. The launch in Casablanca of MANGO in September 2001 and OKAIDI in 2002 was a complete success which allowed the Group to better define the needs and demands of its clients. This success encouraged the Group to persevere and pursue its ambitious strategy with the opening and launching of new brands in Casablanca and Rabat, in particular, LA VIE EN ROSE, PROMOD and STRADIVARIUS. « Give everyone the chance to fall in love with fashion », day after day ever since its inception, NESK has tried to make this a reality that is within the grasp of every woman and man. A portfolio of brands unique in the world illustrates this ambition.


Developement On the national level : In 2005, NESK continued its advance with more appetite and know-how by creating several huge projects. After Casablanca and Rabat, the cities of Meknès and Agadir had openings of the stores PROMOD, ALDO, STRADIVARIUS, OKAIDI and MOTIVI . As of today, NESK INVESTMENT has 18 stores in 4 cities of the kingdom representing 8 brands : MANGO, PROMOD, ALDO, STRADIVARIUS, OKAIDI, BALIZZA, LA VIE EN ROSE and MOTIVI; the opening of another 13 stores is foreseen for this year. Throughout North Africa : After being satisfied with the results in Morocco, NESK expands its strategy beyond the Moroccan borders, in Algiers notably, with the opening of four of its brands. Regarding Tunisians, they will soon see NESK’s brands arriving on the horizon in 2010.


Our Vision Since its installation in Morocco in 2001, NESK Group, the Moroccan subsidiary of the AL JEDAIE GROUP, has forged an identity based on its ability to compete and perform in the sale of franchises of the important fashion brands. NESK offers the latest trends in fashion from the world market, allowing it to have clients from all age categories and from all styles. Today it is one of the leaders in the ready-to-wear market (shoes, clothing, lingerie, etc.). The Group has several well known brands (MANGO, STRADIVARIUS, PROMOD, OKAIDI, BALIZZA, MOTIVI, ALDO, LA VIE EN ROSE) that have all been successful and are sold in several places in the Kingdom. The enormous success is the fruit of a detailed development strategy plan lead by our Group throughout North Africa, having as its most important element its human capital.

Morocco’mall is a Herculean project imagined and created jointly by the Groups NESK INVESTMENT and AKSAL, two major players in franchise and fashion in Morocco who have opened up the Moroccan commercial landscape. NESK and AKSAL have joined efforts to launch this extraordinary and promising adventure, Morocco’mall. Morocco’mall is the biggest commercial center in North Africa, spread over 25 acres. The most moderate provisions count on an annual flow of 15 million visitors, generating revenues of 5 billion DH. With a rich and varied of program of activities and spectacles, Morocco’mall promises to be a sought after destination both by the population of Morocco as well as by international visitors. An impressive sampling of more than 200 businesses and brands among the most prestigious, as well as a supermarket with surface of 2.5 acres will be included in the complex totaling 200, 000 sq. meters of built surface. Already the biggest international brands have responded to the call. Among them, all the brands of the Group: MANGO, PROMOD, OKAIDI, LA VIE EN ROSE, ALDO, LA SENZA, STRADIVARIUS. To that will be added relaxation areas, leisure activities and diverse restaurants. Aimed, in priority, at a fundamentally urban client, Mango seduces all those who want to be in style but aren’t fashion victims. The clothes in this Spanish brand have found the right balance between trendiness and practicality, to the taste of today’s woman. Created in 1984, Mango today has more than 1040 franchises in the world. When it was installed on the Boulevard Massira in Casablanca in 2001, Mango created lifted and transformed the entire zone into a temple of fashion. With its spring/summer 2008 collection, Mango launched its first collection for men. Baptized “He by Mango”, this collection of clothes and accessories, casual and urban, was aimed at young fashionable men. The name given to this collection is an acronym for the Latin expression “Homini Emerito” which signifies “man rewarded for his merit”. “He by Mango” was designed to complete the women’s collection and the image chosen to illustrate it is the Basque model, Jon Kortajarena, who faithfully represents the type of man that HE wants to dress.





The Aldo Group is a private enterprise with more than 840 stores around the world, as well as franchises in 35 other countries, including Morocco. Created in 1972 and present in Rabat since June 2006, in Casablanca since November of the same year, in Agadir since September 2007 et Alger since November of the same year, Aldo is specialized in the creation of high quality leather shoes, leather accessories and leather fashion accessories. In addition, a team of buyers and devoted stylists constantly travel the globe searching for the latest styles. Today, Aldo has 800 stores in 40 countries, on every continent except Antarctic!





Created in 1975 and represented in more than 47 countries, Promod is a French family-owned company specialized uniquely in the creation and sales of ready-to-wear and accessories for women. Present in Casablanca since 2004, three other stores were opened rapidly in Rabat and Meknès, then later in Agadir. Promod offers a style that is easy to wear, easy to buy, and strikes a good balance between the qualities that women look for and a prices that give them the liberty to buy what they want. Promod collections are conceived in a design studio that is a part of Promod, the designs follow current trends adding a style that pleases everyone. Today Promod has 531 franchises spread over 34 countries, essentially in Europe, Asia, Russia, Near and Middle East and in the French overseas territories.





Established in Casablanca since November 2004, the Stradivarius stores are aimed at young women aged between 15 and 25 years old. Stradivarius’ success is based on the capacity to recognize and assimilate constant modifications in fashion trends, by conceiving at any moment models that respond to the client’s wishes. The models of each collection are developed entirely by the creative teams of the Stradivarius brand. This reactivity of the designers allows young Stradivarius girls to always be ahead of the trends. Every week, new elements to coordinate are put on the racks to add variety to the pleasure. More than 216 Stradivarius boutiques exist today in the world, including in Rabat and Aadir, respectively in 2006 and 2007.





Created in 1996 in Canada, the “La Vie en Rose� brand doubles your pleasure. Their specialty is fashionable and very high quality lingerie products. The brand is particularly aimed at active, modern women for whom sensuality, elegance and comfort are part of their everyday lives. A philosophy that has conquered an important number of women all over the world (the leading brand in Canada, for example)and which has every chance of seducing the women in Morocco. Present in Casablanca since April2005, the brand inaugurated a second store in Rabat in September of the same year. Today, La Vie en Rose has more than 115 stores across the planet.





Established in Morocco in Casablanca since June 2008, Balizza is aimed at women in love with fashion and who are searching for a blend of classic and original creations, elegance and style. A sort of simplicity in its most perfect form. Presenting not less than 3 collections for each season (summer/winter), Balizza knows how to please the most demanding customers. And to satisfy women and their desires even more, the Italian brand has created Balizza B2 for the younger woman.





Already installed in major cities like Paris, London, New York and Cairo, the Motivi brand planted its first flag in Morocco at Rabat. An elegant brand aimed at young and hip clients who are captivated by fashion and the latest trends, Motivi presents every year collections inspired by the top designers and reveals its Italian origins in the smallest details. Currently, the network of Motivi franchises is spread over 10 countries and has already 300 stores. This success will surely generate more success.






Created in 2000 and established in Morocco since 2002, Okaïdi is a creative, innovative line of clothing that respects the taste and the identity of children and at prices that are affordable for everyone. Okaïdi is a brand from the Idgroup along with Obaïdi, Jacadi and Véronique Delachaux. A novel brand capable of fulfilling the wishes of small children in fashion. Truly creative and of quality, the line of clothing of the Okaïki brand guarantees absolute comfort and a look that is both trendy and original for boys and girls at low prices. That is why the brand has been successful throughout the world. Having more than 300 stores in the entire world, Okaïdi inaugurated its second store in Morocco in the city of Rabat in August 2003 and the third store in the city of Meknès in March 2006.
