Public Notice Section 41(3) Sale of Liquor Act Nijjar Enterprises Papamoa Limited an incorporated company having its registered office at 23 Tierra Place, Papamoa, has made application to the District Licensing Agency at Tauranga for the renewal of an off-licence in respect of premises situated at Unit A, 252 Welcome Bay Road, Tauranga, known as Welcome Bay Supermarket. The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a grocery store. The days on which and the hours during which liquor is sold under the licence are Monday to Sunday from 6:30am to 9:00pm. The application may be inspected during ordinary office hours at the office of the Tauranga District Licensing Agency at the Tauranga City Council, 91 Willow Street, Tauranga. Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the grant of the application may, not later than 10 working days after the date of the first publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the Tauranga District Licensing Agency at Private Bag 12022, Tauranga 3143.
