The sales figures quickly followed the spike in activity and customers who had been sitting on the sidelines watching the global financial crisis and trying to call the “bottom” declared that now was the time to buy. Today we believe that 2012 will be a return to normalcy and that pent up buyer demand will continue to deplete inventory. Prices may not increase, but they will stabilize and we will all enjoy living in one of the most beautiful places in the world.
