Marcel P. Ferrere

President
Marcel retired after 37 years as a school teacher, thirteen of which he was the Elementary Library Coordinator for six libraries. He has been an Owner at Summer Bay Resorts for many years and in addition to serving on the Isles board, he also serves on the Board of three other timeshares around the country. It is his desire to maintain a positive relationship with the Owners, the Summer Bay employees and the management team.
Vice President
Kai is the General Manager of a successful Volkswagen dealership in the greater Toronto area. He has owned in Summer Isles for the past five years and has served on your Board for the past three years. He has a degree in Marketing and Design and has made a positive contribution to the team. He is committed to maintaining this resort as a leader in the timeshare industry.
Judy Weddle
Secretary/Treasurer Judy has owned and managed multiple real estate investment properties over the past 40 years. She has served on your Board for two years and was just elected to a three year term at the November meeting. She has been a great addition to this Board and has made valuable suggestions as the Board embarks on a major renovation project.

John owns and manages Cirrus Properties, a real estate property management company that currently manages 38 condominium associations. He has 20 years of experience in property management and a strong background in condominium law and accounting. He has been on the Board for the past eight years and has been a great asset as we embark on a major renovation this year.
Vice President
After working for 20 years as a litigation Paralegal, Jean and her husband currently own and manage a process serving business, as well as a company that manages rental properties around the State of Florida. She was appointed to the Board at the beginning of 2013 when a seat was vacated and has done an exemplary job during a very trying time for this association.
Pierrette M. Cox
Secretary/Treasurer Pat joined the Summer Bay Resorts corporate management team in 2002 as the Assistant Hospitality Controller and was promoted to the position of Hospitality Controller in 2008. Pat and her team work with all fourteen Home Owner Associations in Orlando, Tennessee and Missouri. Pat serves as Secretary/Treasurer for The Villas. She is responsible for all HOA and Summer Bay Management, LLC financial operations and reporting. Originally from New Hampshire, Pat travels for six weeks out of every year to “The Granite State� which she still affectionately calls home.
SUMMER BAY MASTER ASSOCIATION This Association oversees all of the common areas on the resort such as roadways, landscaping, security, maintenance of the lakes and shore lines, swimming pools, and tennis courts. This Board is comprised of owners from the four Associations mentioned above.
